23/8/2011 08:26 | Come in for a few more. If the bid comes off the price will be higher than 7 may as well average down. A bid of 7 will still make a small loss but not on the purchase just made. | darias
23/8/2011 07:16 | Remi Cassis has only to find 15% of holders that will sell. He has to find 100% of the money. Clive Richard may be going into partnership with Remi. I would have thought that Remi at least needs him on board as he was the driving force behind IE. Fidelity will take the cash. (I have been shafted by Fidelity before and have always thought that they should change their name to infidelity) If he has those two on board he virtually has his 15%. | darias
22/8/2011 20:26 | The Guy who has initiated the takeover, Remi Cassis, has 35% shares of the company. Other holders are: Fielity Investment 6.5%, Hargreave Hale Limited 6.2%, Clive Richard of Intelligent Environment side 6.2%, Herald Investment Management 6.1%, AXA S.A. Group 4.3% and BlackRock Inc 4.3%. This is according to PSQ's latest (2010 AR). So my guess is the price can go a bit higher for two reason: i)Some of these investors have sat for years (I have followed this company for 10 years) so they want a bit of return on their money before they say Yeah. ii)The Remi Cassis guy has only got to find money for no more than 15%of the company to get a yes. | mel_d1
22/8/2011 17:39 | One of the attractions of PSQ for me was the presence of big league institutions - particularly Herald. Having been through the mgmt backed takeover of Opsec over the last 3 months, Herald will have no hesitation of fighting to get decent value for shareholders. Even if they have to spend more to achieve it. Let's see what happens next, but in the meantime delighted to see something blue on my screen! | techno20
22/8/2011 17:28 | 12.5p is 55m roughly... 15.5p is 67.7m.. I would hope that it will at least be in there somewhere..... | the heed
22/8/2011 17:22 | Never have liked the BoD here. It looks like private shareholders are being stuffed again. We will see. Just need a company to come out of the woodwork with a decent bid. good luck to all holders | 666james
22/8/2011 15:52 | Only seven months ago the share price was 10p. They have not even made up the ground lost 2 months ago. It has been suggested that Remi holds 35% with that sort of holding why should he want to go private as he effectively controls the company anyway? He obviously thinks the company is undervalued but I would not have thought that he will not be able to buy it cheap! | darias
22/8/2011 15:47 | yes I was in this when it was inelligent e | hazl
22/8/2011 15:35 | Not sure I like this. It seems that: He RC (Documetrix) takes out IEN in a reverse takeover (its technology, customers and cash pile) and goes public as PSQ. And is it the case that he now makes an offer for PSQ? With the share price so low on Friday evening, and the company seemingly well set why would shareholders want to lose out now ie to a relatively modest premium which todays increase seems to be. | harrytrad3
22/8/2011 14:58 | I'd take 12-15p. | algorithmicx
22/8/2011 14:51 | Well good to see Rami Cassis knows the underlying value; however looks like this story might be cut short and taken private again only to be sold later when properly developed at a bigger profit by Mr C & backers, unless as verngate says it flushes out a 3rd party. Rami Cassis owns 35% of the Co at present, though there's some heavyweight institutions so they may lever a decent premium. | jackiewilson
22/8/2011 14:38 | not as much if it were a bid from outside the company.. bought more this morning, so happy but feel that the payment may not be that good.. was happy to hold to 20p will be lucky to get half that! not worth the risk in my opinon. | the heed
22/8/2011 14:36 | It's interesting that it's the CEO. Clearly keen to buy this while it's still cheap. Hopefully it will bring out a third party. | verngate
22/8/2011 14:23 | How much do you reckon we will be worth? | iwillbe
