11/2/2008 18:37 | I can't see what the panic is about....drop well overdone and imo the technology in itself is worth around 0.50p...imo someone will snap up the technology on the cheap...still expect to make a decent 2K profit from these...more patience required though. It'll be back up over 0.20p tomorrow! | chancer6
11/2/2008 16:57 | tryinghard2 - 11 Feb'08 - 14:48 - 1433 of 1457 "held for ages topped up again today a 500% drop in the last week,i dont think so" Just shows how so thick you are ! | 8trader
11/2/2008 16:48 | Good points longshanks hope yet then if they can get a good deal for selling the patent I'm in at average cost about the same as Mr McHugh so if he can rescue himself he might help me too. And all other holders too of course ! | whonosewhy
11/2/2008 16:20 | i mm left and back above .2 | tryinghard2
11/2/2008 16:07 | IVO won't be buying the patent. If it is sold, it will most likely be to an automation major - or potentially someone like BAE systems or Qinetic. Other names to throw in the ring are PSE - already a shareholder of about 2.5% - and Tropical, their strategic partner in Greece. We should bear in mind that their IPR is recorded as having an asset value of some £3.5m in last years accounts - ahead of the patent being awarded. They would be lucky to get this (as would I) but seeing as Mr McHugh bought over 12m shares at 0.53p - I am sure he is incentivised to get as good a return as possible. | longshanks
11/2/2008 16:01 | guys at advn already told me you have been trying for weeks.friens in high places.see you on rvd this week loser.rvd 13-15p by march. | tryinghard2
11/2/2008 15:57 | this is unfortunately now potentially at risk from ramping for quick profit from where it is now. Just stinks to me if Imperial Innovations have spun this off and are now presumably refusing to support it when they will know better than most whether it can make it pay. I wonder who might buy the patent? If it is bought back to Imperial Innovations - which seems possible as they will actually understand it - then will the whole thing have been an exercise which ends up with private investors paying for the patent to be obtained for Imperial Innovations to buy it back cheap? | whonosewhy
11/2/2008 15:50 | full ask now | tryinghard2
11/2/2008 15:50 | been in since .5 nothing has changed.the contrary patents are a done deal.1 contract and this will be a penny share.adding. | tryinghard2

11/2/2008 15:45 | L,good luck,I am not adding,will wait to see what transpires. | tobyjug
11/2/2008 15:43 | ok tobyjug so are we discounting any chance of current large investors putting up the money presumably including Imperial Innovations? It would be really very disappointing if no one comes in to support it going forward. Imperial spun this company off on AIM and retained a stake which they have since pretty much managed to sell off. They have gradually reduced their holding when they must have known this position was likely to happen. With hindsight that could have been taken as the sign it clearly seems to be now. | whonosewhy
11/2/2008 15:40 | Call me a fool but I have bought some more @0.13p | longshanks
11/2/2008 15:33 | Read very carefully. During the last five months the Company has been involved in extensive discussions with potential investors with a view to them providing sufficient capital to enable the Company to pursue its stated strategy. However, despite the efforts of the Board, it has not been able to conclude these discussions and consequently the Board has initiated an immediate strategic review of the business. The review will consider various options in order to preserve the Company's remaining cash resources. | tobyjug
11/2/2008 15:22 | The only real assets are the Patents. Frustratingly if they protect the technology the technology is in theory a big cost saver to comanies prepared to use it. Just can't find enough people prepared to pay for it. Some of the desperate trades selling out at 0.12p show what some people think. I still maintain this was likely to happen at some point and maybe this is not yet the end. | whonosewhy
11/2/2008 15:15 | Any value in the Intangibles ?? | double6
11/2/2008 15:12 | Another AIM stock bites the dust! | barn owl |
