will generate modest income, carry medium level debt, directors will cream off huge salaries whilst shareholders carry the forward risk
Expect write-off N Sea assets over the summer.
Monies to dutch gov 5/23 and overrun on de-comm to wipe out any cash levels.

continued falls, looks in distress now, just a sham.
Cross and his 'team' have wiped out a few investors from much higher levels.
No lender here over 10p, huge dilution if this happens, may just be time to fire sale and call it a day. If Cross wants out, there is no incumbent competent to take over this trail of failure.

Paulrrv I haven’t changed my stance on PMG let’s get that right, I just felt sorry for you guys, it must be awful to keep watching it fall to where I said it was going, I told you it’s going to teens now, then who knows what will happen, they need cash and a lot of shares are going to be issued, then I will pounce once that’s done, I will buy 500,000 shares if it does hit my target!

They really do exude an ambience of utter abject incompetence, whilst lining their pockets as they go. Reputations trashed now, but they won't care too much as this ponzi nears the end game.

c26m mkt cap, 17m cash?? a large percentage allocated towards decomm, and 5m to pay windfall tax to Dutch gov. Also going forward any gas revenue subject to further high rates of punitive tax. So effectively the windmills are supporting the mkt cap. What do they produce? Can see a 10p share price on next grim RNs or maybe fundraise on the cards??

Chutes you could be on the money with that Paul, as I said, that Ryan Strougler told me years ago, he does read the forums and keeps up to date with what is being said! 👍

Shame really as TC had the knowledge of the North Sea, but never really took Advantage of it like others have done, I mean look at Deltic Energy! They managed to get Shell and Cairn (now Capricorn) even One Dyas up has jumped on board, and they are a new company compared to TC and PMG, nothing adds up here anymore, seems nobody really cares if this is a success or not!

Just one big ponzi scheme fronted by 3 windmills, the rest is totally irrelevant. Cross and directors appear to be feeding some individuals to keep this all on track.

SOB don’t worry about Deltic, they are doing just fine, you should of taken money off the table like I did son,

Let’s put this into perspective,
Here is SOB’s logic

I won’t sell PMG until it hits £1
I won’t de risk PMG because I have been here so long if I sell it could fly North and I would cry like a baby,
Now I haven’t sold I should have sold because I could of had 4 x the shares I hold now,

This is SOB’s problem, he really doesn't know what to do, he is scared

There is no cash left, its taken for de-comm and £5m due to dutch gov as WT.
Zero cash balance.
Only 3 windmills which were overpaid, £4.5 mio plus £1 mio debt taken on.
There is nothing else left, Cross has screwed shareholders over here.
Be careful as the BB has been infiltrated
£24 Mio MC for what ?
