TC is now desperate with this RNS today, no mention once again of quantities, or flow rates, just an attempt to ramp the share price, not looking good I’m afraid, the markets know not to trust him! This nowhere near worth where it’s at, and people now realize it, look at the likes of IOG, igas, etc, producing companies, and producing a lot more than PMG are, this is artificially held up! It’s a sell for me !

If anyone thinks this is it you’re kidding yourself, a place g is coming whether you like it or not, how else is he going to raise money ? No Banks will lend to him, hedge funds are now taking over the place of banks, and they will want a huge slice of the pie for the risk reward! As I said, I have been right all along, I called the transition here years ago, when I said he was going into renewables, nobody took any notice, all of a sudden he buys land, 😂👍 watch this space for the placing?

The current wind turbine is now bringing in revenue of almost £1m per year .. which is remarkable. Add this to Nat Gas at an average 3 year price and total revenue here is now secured at around £15m pa.

Perhaps we have to stop thinking of this as an oil company .... future acquisitions and growth are likely to be in the area of renewables.

Double bottom from March 2020 is in , Stonehage Fleming buying, should be going up I reckon. Didn't the last RNS say PMG were well funded ?

Still think this has some way to go before fall can be considered as overdone.

Good chance imo we may see mid to high teens in short term in absence of any positive news.

Could not buy here with a CEO who has basically used the company funds as his own piggy bank for the past 5 years plus.

Leopards never change their spots.

Despite my reservations ... I've gone back in with a speculative buy.
The drop is overdone.
For a small punt .. the reward far outways the risk

Looking at Skerryvore drill next year, Harbour looking to tie in Talbot to nearby infrastructure
If well comes in, a deal could be done
Need clarification now on Scott/GPA
Clarification on cash position, to eliminate misleading shareholders into cash balance and ongoing liabilities.
Update on any advanced renewables deals
Dutch gas f/rate and forward strategy regarding WT issue
Last chance saloon for Tom Cross - Expect RNS this week.

If the price rise significantly with no news then there would be a RNS saying “ we don’t know the reason for the rise”

As no RNS for the 50/60% fall over past week you would therefore assume there is substance behind the fall eg a placing incoming .

Cross been found out as a dubious character. He will live ok though in the future , not his shareholders though.

Hopefully Karma prevails for him.

The share price is at a 3 year low with sentiment at an all time low.
The risk reward does look tempting for a small speculative punt.

It reads like the decomm has been paid to me. This should lead to significant tax allowances. Anyone got a finger on any tax credits pmg have ? Could be saleable on that basis alone imho dyor. Guess work. I haven`t done the research but perhaps someone else has ? Can`t believe TC has messed up. Decades of experience. Surely he has something up his sleave but not looking good.

Well, Chutes has indeed been right. So thanks to him/her ? for that. I reckon it`s going to be sold. A bit higher than current price so they can say they bought it at a premium. blah, blah.

Chutes he has no other option than to raise money through a placing, will PI’s get a look in? Maybe, But I wouldn’t be surprised if he placed it with mates at cheap rates! Watch, it’s coming!

There may be sinister events going on in the background
The loss of cash to de comm led to LPS of 12p
As cash continues to be booked which doesn’t belong to them then near future LPS will continue as de comm is booked at finals nov 23 then Dutch tax is booked finals 24
Just a Ponzi scheme really
Kicking the can down the road
Just like the SEC, the Nomad here has to be held accountable for the reporting style

A few things to sort out, no dilution at these levels now, no chance.
He has some cash to play with for a year, needs to show what he's been up to last few years, where's the deals promised on renewables, and needs prod barrels, sort out the cloggy mess, give the market some kind of visibilty on GPA, if CNOOC/Repsol won't bite and FPSO is out of range, then say so.
Last chance saloon for tommy boy and his castle.

He may well privatise this now, skeleton staff! Mkt cap will drop even more, be very careful you could lose the lot here!

Or is he about to make a low ball offer for something? He needs a decent producing asset, he needs to issue a load of shares to obtain something! Dilution coming I would imagine
