With a cash balance of 17p per share and the fact that Stonehage Fleming Investment Management increased their shareholding recently, does anyone else see this as a buy, circa 23p?

Tommy boy needs to get a couple of renewables deals over the line, take 5% stake in Pensacola as per One Dyas
Update the market on cash position and liabilites and GPA as he promised.
Beef the board up with some proper Corporate hitters capable of doing some work.

You will realise you have a lot to answer for here now, £1 by xmas, loads newsflow to come etc.
All fabricated off the back of some fantasy, or fed from a source close to the company.

Best to lay off for a while, you have misled shareholders and others
Similar to the accounts which are all smoke and mirrors, massive cash pot, however it's all taken, aint it son.

About 680k annual revenue from the windfarm.

10m plus? revenue from gas. Though very little visibility on that sum. And any profit may be subject to capricious taxation from the Dutch government.

Various oil licences.

One or two mooted renewable projects.

Large net cash pile disappeared for de-comms and Dutch taxation: so to significantly advance any of the renewable or oil prospects, there'd need to be a fund raise.

Does there need to be a fund raise just to cover upcoming working capital? It looks tight to me at a first glance.

25m valuation seems too steep given the above. The political risk in the Netherlands really undermines the value of the gas assets.

Also, how come shareholders haven't kicked up an almighty fuss about the vast sum the main director trousers?

They can’t do one at these prices as nobody sees it as fair value, has to be lower, that’s what has been agreed !
