30/8/2019 16:35 | O look ended up more buys than sells And guess what the price drop today only reflecting the extra shares This is a great opportunity for the another long term revenue stream | specul82
30/8/2019 15:57 | Lots of sellers on the book , be a frenzy of sales into the close at this rate | francoismyname
30/8/2019 15:36 | Thanks KINWAH..........if there is value destruction it will be on the value of assets being taken over and reflected in subsequent share price performance. It does look to me to be an odd deal and is todays 7% fall in the share price fully justified? Back to asset values and a full disclosure by the board as to just what he and his board want to do.................t For me I would like to buy but is Mr Cross and his team good enough - if we take the share price = NO........on the other hand he has built up his P/L account and is a cash flow business. That is what someone will look for. So what is a realistic T/O price and will TOM CROSS go quitely? | anley
30/8/2019 14:27 | 8785, really francois? That's when you'll be hoping to buy then presumably if enough holders listen to your 'advice'. | paleje
30/8/2019 14:20 | Anley I've left a big order on to buy at 46p. I have direct market access but PMG is a strange one. Every time I go on the bid a mm instantly outbids me. Anyway I think the value destruction is only modest with this deal so it remains an attractive takeover prospect. | kinwah
30/8/2019 14:10 | thanks Tournesol | scarboro
30/8/2019 13:34 | Agreed Tong Disgusting deal for s/h | francoismyname
30/8/2019 13:24 | This is Tom bailing out his wife at the expense of PMGs shareholders. He knew if he didn't step in and take the eco company over it would likely go bust and consequently lose PMGs £2.9m loan. This is a rubbish deal by someone who just lost a huge amount of respect from the industry. | tongostl
30/8/2019 12:29 | I have today written to the company to seek clarification on today's news and on a number of other issues. I await their response with interest. T | tournesol
30/8/2019 12:22 | Well spotted Typo. That ties in with troy's post 8777 then, accommodation for the pheasant shooters:) But aside from all the accusations and anger, there is still ~25m cash in the bank and deals awaited which could double the mcap overnight. | paleje
30/8/2019 12:15 | Can only see large sells into the close. If above us true, looks like it’s turned into Butlins overnight !! | francoismyname
30/8/2019 12:12 | Have the company said anything about the building of the detached 1.75 storey 11 apartment dwelling, with attached garage and swimming pool that received planning approval on 4 Feb 2019? Is the £975k build still going ahead? If so, how is it to be funded? Might PMG be moving into the holiday lettings business? | typo56
30/8/2019 11:49 | KINWAH.............. | anley
30/8/2019 11:40 | The land all seems a bit scattered for wind farming. There seems to be parcels all over the place ?? Relevant Charges on land owned by Pitreadie Farm Ltd are all listed here Tipperty Farm ? Looks more suitable for a gentlemans club weekend of pheasant shooting and deer stalking. Savilles mentioned nothing of wind farm suitability !! hxxps://search.savil | troy
30/8/2019 11:20 | The reason for the repeated striking off applications is late filing of the accounts and confirmation statement. It might be sloppy but looks intentional to me. The deal itself is lousy and is being done to increase TC's shareholding with his chums to 25% as a defensive move. That said I remain a buyer into any weakness. | kinwah
30/8/2019 11:19 | 31p fair value | francoismyname
30/8/2019 10:54 | Company filing history; Bona vacantia, might be the line to investigate. | jacks13
30/8/2019 09:46 | Why was notice given on 25 June that, unless cause is shown to the contrary, at the expiration of 2 months Pitreadie Farm Ltd will be struck off the register and the company will be dissolved? I thought Bank of Scotland had a charge on the property. Linda Cross sunk £4.3m into Pitreadie? Did Parkmead PLC shareholders grab it in the nick of time? I'd suggest holders do a bit of digging. | typo56
30/8/2019 09:46 | I’m a buyer at 31p Fast turning out to be a poorly run business. The 42p old trend line won’t hold here in a few weeks times. Good luck with your windmills | francoismyname |
