31/10/2016 12:56 | Good point well made. | tini5
31/10/2016 12:51 | The business is recovering to plan and it's merely a matter of time before the market takes notice.A business turning over £100m (c) has to be capable of justifying a market cap. of quite a few times £8.5m.Patience will be amply rewarded. | thorne3
31/10/2016 11:31 | Not a single trade so far today despite this positive news. Must be the quietest share I've ever held. | tini5
31/10/2016 10:43 | 200k shares bought by CEO, 100k bought by FD at 8p/share. Bodes well. | dusseldorf
08/9/2016 13:35 | love quick doubling | albanyvillas
08/9/2016 13:33 | But net debt.... of £6m.5m ? I can see this doubling quickly from here but let us not get too carried away. | weatherman
08/9/2016 13:27 | £4.5m cash!!! wow £9m cap | albanyvillas
08/9/2016 12:21 | An excellent set of figures;I understand that the company will now be making presentations to the market place which should cause the share price to move ahead.I agree with Dusseldorf that 25/30p seems well on the cards a couple of years out. | thorne3
08/9/2016 11:53 | My price target is 25/30p, but I am looking a couple of years away | dusseldorf
08/9/2016 09:26 | Yes I agree with Dusseldorf, I'd also add that I don't think this is a terribly popular share to hold, not because there's anything wrong with it, it just doesn't feature on many people's radar. If I look at the market data for it on IG, it says less than 10 accounts have it in their portfolio. That's a huge plus, it means that these are comparatively cheap in light of this good news and will get flagged up in Google news alerts within the next 24 hours. Investec's price target is 15p | tini5
08/9/2016 08:59 | It is good news, wait for the price. I'm just assessing whether to sell something else to buy more PTY - I suspect we'll have a good 9 months in terms of price with further growth in H2 predicted. | dusseldorf
08/9/2016 08:19 | Looks like good news, but no movement in price. Are people asleep? | weatherman
08/9/2016 07:31 | Looks like progress is being made | +eysenck
07/9/2016 13:05 | I meant to add, before the last post was sent on its own accord, that the upcoming results package and commentary will hopefully prove my overall pessimism as misplaced. | inbrackets
07/9/2016 13:01 | Always seems to be good copy for recruitment companies, and has been for a few years now. And then there is Parity. | inbrackets
18/8/2016 12:48 | Another 10,000 for me just now. Last purchase before results. | dusseldorf
17/8/2016 14:34 | Dusseldorf, Agreed. Now they don't have the distraction of their misguided digital adventure, and IF they can stick to their knitting then the value here surely lies at least a multiple of the current price. Lets see what H1 results bring. Fingers crossed and all that. | kemche
17/8/2016 14:17 | It's small change really. I'm hoping for continued recovery and then in 6-12 months someone to come along and buy them up e.g. Penna (Adecco as buyers). i suspect the consultancy arm may pick up with increased government work - there is now even a new "Department for Exiting the European union"(!) They won't be able to hire staff fast enough and I suspect with ramp up use of consultants in key areas to help cover the gaps. Penna ended up going for £100m with 2015 reported revenues identical to PTY, but profit £5-6m (projected ebitda) within 2 years of making a £2m loss. Yes they were divi paying and further than PTY in recovery, but the scalable nature of PTY business model lends itself to a recovery in core business areas. If PTY can get to a £2-3m profit over next 6-12 months (new business and further savings), even a buyout at half valuation of Penna metrics would put this at a 5x valuation on todays price. | dusseldorf
17/8/2016 13:22 | A flurry again......... H1 results soon and if the 2015 H2 and AGM statements are to be believed then it may well be time for a :) | kemche
15/8/2016 11:13 | 2015 - h1 figures was before the £1m pa cost saving exercise so would expect +500k just factoring that in | teamaccounting
15/8/2016 07:47 | I think it will be lower due to natural billing cycles. last year H1 was £384k. The companies results are loaded towards H2 (historically) so it's highly unlikely to exceed £1m IMO in H1. Double or more last years EBITDA (i.e. a 2016H1 result of £750k) would be great IMO. team accounting - all your figures are good news IMO and more than near triple/quadruple last years result. | dusseldorf
13/8/2016 17:41 | I would estimate ebitda of £1.25m and a share price of 12p post the figures;the excitement is about to begin. | thorne3
12/8/2016 17:00 | Any guesses on 1/2 year results ? Based on H2 run-rate and positive comments at y/end & AGM my view is ebitda < 1095k Bad c 1400k OK solid / unspectacular > 1650k Good c 1800k Very good / exciting All above subject to no 'exceptionals/non-re | teamaccounting |
