Also the large-ish buyer yesterday may have left them a little light on stock? And/or they and others may have unfilled orders.

The recent directors'buying of 400,000 shares was highlighted in the Investors Chronicle today;this was probably the principal reason underlying the upward movement.

It's almost as if the MM's know I haven't got my SIPP money yet(!) price seems to be running away, still there is some good value to be had

A shame really as I have £18k from a company pension I'm transferring into my sipp in a few weeks and I wanted to use some of it for more PTY at a low. Still it represents good value at present below 10-12p IMO. I'm hoping for a divi re-instatement if results head the right way next year - then we could really motor.

Just noticed a 348k buy went through yesterday lunchtime on ISDX. Large trade for this stock.

tj - how very true and even more so with AIM stocks such as PTY - in that area there's no point in looking for the best rise once the stock's already "on the move".

I felt that he recent dir buys were a very good indicator of the present health of the company....and its future prospects.

The recent modest rise should be just a taster of a better future for us, imo.

fillipe - where do you get £98m from? I guess if thats 2017 sales, it will only be reported in 2018 - or do you mean 2016 sales reported in 2017?

Yes, it seems as though that long-running 15p target prince for PTY may actually come into reach.

There is still only that minuscule offering showing on L2 and close to the full ask is being paid for small.

As at 21st July 2016 the over-3%'s had almost 70% of the shares....possibly now increased.

Forecast for 2017 is Sales £98m and 1p of eps, so that 15p looks right.

And all with a mkt cap of a ludicrously low £9m.

Still relatively little stock on show on Level2....57,500 shrs (IN TOTAL!) on each side - that lot split over 6 mm's....can you believe it.

Should be quick to lift on any even half-decent sized buying, as indeed appears to be the case with each of this morning's modest buys.

I do not believe there will be any dividends in the foreseeable future however the upwards only share price action will more than compensate.The obvious reason for any dividend deferrment is that borrowings will need to be reduced and additional business financed.The Directors' share purchases not to mention the options agreed in September point to a wealth of good fortune to emerge over the next few months/years.Do not underestimate the impact that David Firth the newly appointed Non Exec. who used to be Fd. of Parity will have on the business.David recently sold a similar business to Parity to Adecco of Switzerland and will not be lacking in ambition for the future of Parity.

took a stake this morning. All signs are green. If we go by last year, there should be a trading update early December.

I guess we're in an open period which means they have a limited window to make purchases before closed period begins again. It's all good - the NED buy is listed at 9.31, RNS at 11.17 - they are on it at the moment.

Fyi - my buy today not showing. I don't believe I'm alone that.

That's how I see the position on my Level 2 view.
