Nicholas Keen selling his entire nil consideration entitlement of over 1/2million shares does not bode well for confidence, or more relevant loyalty.
It is obviously too much to expect 'any' loyalty from today's directors.

Agree with that - solid company with a regularly increasing dividend over the past 5 years.

In respect of the IMS statement.

Company is ticking over quite nicely on all fronts, cant see any nasties anywhere.

Agree with that I have had an email from Victoria Investor Relations at Paragon - IMS definitely 30th July.

Interest rates should be low until at least 2016 and hopefully for longer as I have several interest only mortgages on BTL's. Lets get that guidance out into the marketplace.

A while ago I stated that the IMS was to be released today, sorry for the elementary error, it is in fact the 30th of this month.

A good day for builders and buy-to-let - if the B of E reconfirms interest rates
are likely to remain low awhile in next month's statement, and indicates for how long, landlords are likely to have more confidence to increase portfolios, as are owner-occupiers to take the plunge or trade up.

I could give you a few from the fall from 350 to 280 if you like! Lol I have very cautiously opened a tiny spread bet to try and claw back 20% of my losses! Happy for all those that didn't get stopped out. Well done :)

At last, some sense returning here. I see that Black Rock has been reducing in TW. but increasing here...Interesting maybe?

Good to hear about Blackrock, I was just thinking of reducing but will hold on as fundamentally there seems no reason to sell.

It's following the FTSE almost to a tee. FTSE up, PAG up. FTSE down, PAG down.
