04/4/2017 17:54 | People have made good profits and are looking to sort their tax situation. If you still believe in this company that has recruited a few useful brains to their team, look like posting a £1,000,000 profit for last year against a £9M mk cap, with plenty of new business in the pipeline take it as a buying opportunity. I have picked up some more over the last couple of days. 9p is a more realistic value I think. | stiffybristol
04/4/2017 09:56 | It could be more than one seller just as the buys could be more than one buyer, shares move on news, whilst I expect news to be good, it's never a bad thing to just reassure and say last year is as expected and this year is.. The first quarter of the new year is done so they must know how this year is doing | csmwssk12hu
04/4/2017 08:30 | It looks as though the seller is either having a pause or is nearly out (at this level). All the 4.777's yesterday were buys, but the 4.80 this morning was a sell and you can sell quite a lot at 4.755. To buy 100k would cost 4.925p. However, the seller could be drip feeding certain amounts at certain levels so it might not be as clear as that :-) | fft
03/4/2017 21:15 | A busy day for me today for one reason or another and disappointed on getting home and seeing 5p hasn't held. Looking at the trades it seemed quite a determined and/or distressed seller prepared to knock down the price. Off course the question remains how many they still have to off load. As with no doubt everyone, its always difficult when a share gets sold off, and I'd much see the share price rising than falling. However, it pays to remember that one of the hardest things to do in (value or growth) investing is to ignore the noise. Especially in illiquid shares. As dirtyn points out we have to assume that everything is as was at the last update. The current 2017 p/e is now a low x7.6 with a PEG of 0.1 with the possibility of a net positive cash position at year end. The uptrend still firmly in place chart wise, and that nothing goes up in a straight line. Whilst there is always a risk that someone has picked a negative up it's a case of grinning and bearing it currently and ignoring the noise :-// | pj 1
03/4/2017 16:51 | Agreed dirtyn. Director confidence is key here and we have it in spades. Fantastic time to add if you can | 1savvyinvestor
03/4/2017 16:09 | If there was anything outside their forecast they would have to announce. What update are you waiting for CMS? Next news should be 2016 numbers, 2017 forecast and announcement of AGM date. | dirtyn
03/4/2017 16:07 | Re ISAs, If you are transferring money out from an ordinary share dealing account, into an ISA, the funds need at least two days to settle, therefore some selling could be due to this timing issue. Shares can be transferred, but this always seems way more hassle. | bamboo2
03/4/2017 15:03 | Looks like theres a large seller. Hopefully clears soon. | phowdo
03/4/2017 14:41 | New Tax Year Starts on 6 April. | saucepan
03/4/2017 13:47 | Good point, could be the reason why the share price has dipped today with investors selling to buy back in an ISA Thursday (edited). | cfro
03/4/2017 13:43 | Last day for people to take their full tax free allowance in nominee accounts before the new financial year starts tomorrow. New ISA year tomorrow with new higher limit. Should hopefully see a reversal from then. | bahiflyer
03/4/2017 12:17 | Very true, should be giving more updates so we know where we are at | csmwssk12hu
03/4/2017 09:52 | Shame to see the share price fall through 5p this morning. Investors still waiting for that all important update. Hopefully it will come through soon. | cfro
03/4/2017 00:01 | Good week ahead | csmwssk12hu
31/3/2017 08:20 | It did fall as low as 5-5.1 yesterday before a large trade took it back to 5-5.2, seems to have support at this level, need it to get back to 6 and breakthrough, we need that trading statement (and it to be good of course) to carry on climbing in my opinion, at this level looks good imho dyor | csmwssk12hu
29/3/2017 12:04 | csmwssk12hu We have translate , and it still isn't funny 議論 | katie priceless
29/3/2017 09:48 | Looking forward to the next trading update here. This company recent chart movements seem to need a catalyst which is followed by a good rise and then a consolidation period. The chart is looking good here on a one year view. First catalyst was the positive trading update on 1st November which saw the price move up to a new trading range in the mid 4,0p level and then consolidate for the next 3 months. Then followed news of the appointment of non exec David Bridgford and his substantial holdings, since then we have been in another consolidation period over 5.0p. | interceptor2

28/3/2017 14:06 | PJ1, yes I had mate, then got bored of some other stocks and bought back in as the strength on PEL seemed to be holding up well....only a teensy holding a few weeks ago....not great timing, but merely reinvesting some of the previous profits as felt they may have more legs....nothing wrong with getting in and out of stocks is there?! Cheers and GLA | qs99
28/3/2017 11:43 | From the 30th Jan Q&A update- 'We will shortly update the market with our latest guidance regarding our likely results for FY 2016.' In reality in illiquid small caps if someone wants out then there is little the Co can do short term. I'd also note that the interpretation of the word 'shortly' will have a much longer time frame to a Director than it will to a Private Investor. At least they didn't use the word 'imminently' which usually means 2 years in Director speak. The recent fall is as much down to a lack of Buyers currently, as much as a seller, so maybe the Market is waiting for an update and/or Results. Plus in general Mr Market looks nervous to me. | pj 1
28/3/2017 11:07 | A totally brainless and useless post, it hasn't closed above 6p yet and has only tested it once so how you can use ''each time'' beats me. Why cant you state facts instead of ramping? I think the Co have shot themselves in the foot a bit by hinting at a ''soon''trading statement end of Janueary update but then nothing, silence causing weak holders to sell | hallowed be thy name
28/3/2017 10:42 | Looking like going back into buy terrotitory, each time it's reached these levels bounce to 6p pretty quick | csmwssk12hu
24/3/2017 09:16 | Pretty sure we can expect a Q1 update by end of this month. I'm confident it will surprise on the upside. | 1savvyinvestor
23/3/2017 12:37 | How quiet today | csmwssk12hu |
