I was conned by the crook Manduca, but I didn't fall for the loan note scam.There is still a chance of recovery through the courts, the process is far from dead.

I was one of those loan note holders - I was taken in by Manduca - there were loads of questions that were unanswered at the time but I still put my hard earned in to the pot again ...

I've framed the share cert and the note as a reminder not to be so stupid again...

frogs - not very likely I agree: but not entirely beyond the realms of possibility either. There are still avenues for redress to explore; I for one won't be giving up until all avenues are exhausted - and several other s'holders feel exactly the same way...

Yes i agree. He stood up for what he believed in. Precious few who would do that these days. He's still a tool though. :)

Lack of positive advice from Counsel is my understanding. It was certainly worth a shot though, and CS should be applauded for his hard work and efforts in trying to get this off the ground.
