Paragon, the AIM-quoted agricultural investing company (AIM: PAR), is pleased to announce that Andrew Beveridge, the Chief Executive Officer of Paragon, purchased 4,155,787 ordinary shares of 0.0005p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the market at 0.24 pence per share on 5 February 2014 (the "Purchase"). Following the Purchase, Mr Beveridge's has an interest in 45,844,213 Ordinary Shares, equal to 10.52% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company, including 41,688,425 Ordinary Shares held by Greenstar Associates LLP.

Of course, Thanks! I was on my phone. It has lifted the shareprice a little already. We could be doing with more big buys. Maybe after some good news, there will be major buying? Thats the plan anyway i guess. You dont miss much Mike. Cant be long now, just a matter of weeks?
