still dropping, no buying...... strange, after last news, i thought we would have held higher.. looks like back to the 0.20s..... oh well, maybe buy some more ;)

Simone. Re topping up..I'll hang fire for a bit in case there's more sellers. And no idea when the next news is due...RNSs come out of the blue! If they are near to making a deal thy'll have to inform the market as soon as it's done.

will you top up at the current shareprice next week, or wait and hopefully get your next top-up cheaper?

i am hoping to add also, just a small amount, but the more We get now at the bottom, the better for us, if and when any stellar news appears....

Probably no big nes until after the EGM, or do you think we will hear something sooner?

As a by the way, take out all the major shareholders/directors, there only seems about 120m shares in free float(28%). Not such a large ammount.

Simone. No idea what any dilution will be. The 'silly drop' in the share price is just simply profit-taking plus as you mention tired holders especially some of the older NVTA holders getting what they can. I'm still expecting some more news soon on this new venture. I shall hang in there and if it drops much more...I'll buy more. As I said before I should have taken some profits when it reached .8p...but I didn't as I firmly believe this Co will do well in the near future.

somebody selling off big time. why do we think this is?

someone knowing that dilution is coming, and expecting shareprice to fall? someone just tired of holding?

we do face dilution, to fund our next transaction, and that dilution could be huge, but id like to think the news along with it, should counteract it, and not only keep us safe from another silly drop in Shareprice, but give us the rise weve been looking for. what are you expecting Mike, in the way of dilution?

Just to show how misleading it can be, here's the chart with the VOLUME study below it. Shows only 4 trades! When I'm trading a share I follow the volume quite closely. Have to watch that in future.

Simone. It can be a problem not seeing all the trades....I wondered what was going on this morning...so I checked www.isdx.com..which took over from the old PLUS market. Anyway, we ended blue. Haven't heard any more from Co...and don't expect to till the next RNS.

mike. well found! nice to see my missing trade. the 77,777 shares this morning, were mine, and had not shown up anywhere today.

its actually quite un- nerving, because we are not seeing trades as they happen.

on days when the shareprice is dropping for no apparent reason, it could be that there are loads of sells going in, and we are sitting blind. All the sites should show all the trades...

any more correspondence from the company? Simone...

Simone. I'm pretty sure a deal will be done way before March.
From the 30/10/13 RNS.

Over the last two months, Greenstar has introduced to Paragon four separate opportunities which it is currently actively working on in pursuit of its investing strategy. These include projects focused on palm, cocoa, rubber, rice and other more rapid cash producing crops. The Board is hopeful of being able to move forward with at least one of these opportunities as a long term, strategic opportunity in the foreseeable future.

And further down.

To achieve success in this sector, it is crucial to have close relationships with both agricultural operators and experts. This acquisition brings both and will allow Paragon to move forward quickly."

Let's hope it turns out good then. I've a feeling it will. Strange that Simon Hunt didn't respond to my Friday email, but responded immediately to my Monday one. Perhaps he's unable to answer, but he could of said so. As I said, my guess is the next RNS will tell all we need to know, and I've a feeling it won't be long in coming.

my hope all along was that a year should see some progess... a year after NVTA defaulted will be around march or April 2014.. if things havent got better by then, i think il sell up. ive dabbled with shares, gold, silver, and other investments down the years Mike, but now i just keep a little investment in this one out of interest...

Simone..5 months? What's in 5 months? And if you don't mind me saying, your first loyalty should be to yourself and your money....particularly with AIM companies! The wisest saying in the stock market is: NEVER FALL IN LOVE WITH A SHARE. Let's see what the next RNS brings...hopefully strength to the Co and its share price

Too early to say cut & run. We don't know precisely what the Co is going to do. When the news is finally released it may be the start of good things to come. We'll have to wait and see.
