Thought I had mentally written this off but it still feels like a kick in the nuts.

It was on technical issues that w&c tried to stop this appeal (2017 bdo report)

Only IAreporter has so far covered this,we may get more info next week or the June adminstrators report.
They will probably appeal to the Supreme Court(that was mentioned in Bosebergs report),failing that maybe the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA)- if they have the energy to keep fighting this.

can anyone expand on why this failed. As seems maybe some technicality/blunder again. Hard to believe!! Any detailed info or source would be welcomed as to how they came to this conclusion.
