Publication of 2023 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Oxford Nanopore Technologies plc (LSE:ONT), the company behind a new generation of nanopore-based sequencing technology, today announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024.
In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:

· Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("2023 ARA"); and
· Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024 ("2024 AGM Notice").
Printed copies of the 2023 ARA and 2024 AGM Notice, together with the Form of Proxy for use in connection with the 2024 Annual General Meeting, have been posted to shareholders who have requested hard copies. Electronic copies of the 2023 ARA and 2024 AGM Notice are available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at https://nanoporetech.com/about-us/investors.
The 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's offices at Gosling Building, Edmund Halley Road, Oxford Science Park, Oxford, OX4 4DQ at 1.00pm on Monday, 10 June 2024. Further details regarding the arrangements for the 2024 Annual General Meeting can be found in the 2024 AGM Notice.

For the purposes of complying with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the 2023 ARA being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism contains the following regulated information in unedited form:
