The bears are clearly not letting off. The pattern and timing of these sustained attacks over the last couple of weeks suggest attempts to scare folks or support a short position as can be seen by the regular retreat (and lack of posts) on each rebound (close out) cycle.

Just one RNS confirming the new COO and they will all be running for the hills!

Each to their own of course.

does not look good.

There's a lot of credence to what the bears are saying .Nothing will be benefit shareholders, all leads to administration.

Ok

but if everyone losses even NM, what difference does it make for any shareholder?

sharesholders get a big zero

NW losses $2m.

nothing changes for shareholders if NM gets the assets or now, as shareholders gets nothing in both scenarios.

Wrong. All contracts are negated and assets distributed by an administrator.

If OMI goes bust Newmont will join the creditors list. They will not automatically get control of Anza regardless of any contract. A contract cannot be enforced against a non-existent entity. An administrator will decide how the spoils are distributed and he may well decide to auction off whatever licence OMI holds for Anza. This being the case, you would think NM did some due diligence before entering into the contract.

sub 5p is coming.

remember very well, this was sub 1.8p before nm. No one will benefit anything from nm cash as administration is coming.

That $2m paying salaries and bonuses. No one will get a cent of that nm money

Let's not forget the best website in the world gave a sell signal on 10th October. LOL

I thought all the goons follow that top tipster.

wallywoo,

Contracts are not negated because a company goes bust.

The assets are sold with the existing contracts in place.
