Shares of gold specialist Newmont Mining fell more than 8% to $29.12 in midday trading Thursday, after the company reported a loss of $145 million, or 27 cents a share, during the third quarter, compared with profits of $206 million, or 38 cents a share, a year earlier. Revenue at the miner fell 8% to $1.73 billion. The company struggled as gold production fell 4% and average realized prices for gold dropped 6%. Newmont also attributed the losses to $366 million in impairments on mine properties in North America.

augustus, I understand your psychology. You feel angry at OMI, in the past you have lost money here but IMO:

Turning up when you perceive the sentiment is at a weak point to bash OMI into the ground, will not ease your anger. OMI is not a person, they are not fraudulent.

The last time you were bashing hard here the share price was 2p, what happened then?
