Oriole Resources PLC (AIM: ORR) , the AIM-quoted exploration company focussed on West Africa announces that, following an exercise of warrants and options over ordinary shares in the Company (the "Exercise"), application has been made for 18,349,792 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM on 27 January 2021 ("Admission"). The exercise prices of the warrants and options are as set out below

DOES THIS NOT LEAD TO MORE DILLUTION ....therefore price will fall....

Delighted by that reversal. Completely out of the blue. This was being steadily walked down to sub 1p I think on the hope of taking out a few stops. Then the buyers came back in.

ORR's prospects in Kédougou-Kenieba Inlier gold belt that has already seen multiple major gold discoveries, are considerably undervalued when compared to Chesser Gold in the same area. When you add the Cameroon prospects & license applications ORR valuation is extremely low!

I am holding, Originally in at 1p and out at 1.73p. then back in at 1.23p..
Now down 25% on second trade but will hold for more news. May add if it goes down to .75pish to lower average ..
