Some profit taking was to be expected and the bid was pushed down to a penny but there's been another surge in buying and it's now moved back up to 1.02 with 1.08 currently being paid for buys. Don't let them shake you out....

Yep, I’m in the process of freeing up some cash from other stocks so I can exercise my warrants but won’t be selling any in a hurry. With two placings here in the last year and cash to come in from the warrants and possibly some of the legacy assets there is no need for another raise any time soon imo.

Share warrants will also be issued to each subscriber in the Placing and the Offer, with one warrant to be issued for every two shares subscribed for, for a maximum total of 274,760,294 warrants (the 'Warrants'). The Warrants will have an exercise price of 0.68 pence per share and an expiration date of 24 months from the date of the issue of the Placing Shares or the Offer Shares. The Warrants will also be subject to an accelerator provision, such that if at any time during the 24 month duration of the Warrants the 10 day volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of Oriole ordinary shares exceeds 1.02 pence per share, the Company may give Warrant holders notice to exercise their Warrants within 10 business days following the Company's notice and to pay the exercise price in full within 15 business days following the Company's notice, failing which the Warrants will automatically expire.

The experience with ALBA at same stage in their drilling campaign was that warrant conversion had little dampening effect

If anything as stock goes up and financing becomes easier you get a virtuous spiral exponential move up

They won't be doing a placing but there are outstanding warrants, which I suspect have begun to be exercised. This adds to the cash they have already raised.
