This is seriously oversold now with the RSI sitting at only 36 from 85 a few weeks ago.

The intra day high on Jan 22nd was .57p.

No wonder it is bouncing, a run back to .35p/.37p looks possible in the near term.

Big shorting positions now starting to close. Remember Oriole is Nick Slator's nap for this year of 2024. Also Oriole's CEO Tim has promised that we all done the right thing for not selling out in the 0.40p range.

If you post about Oriole on other share threads it is like people treat you like you have committed some big crime. While if it is about another stock they let it go more. Maybe that is just in my head lol.

As promised we are now moving and I may add to my CFD position if the offer goes to 0.245p. All spread bet and CFD trades show up as an AT trade.

Small sell and still can sell up to 17 grand at the full bid price.

People just love to buy high and to sell low and to only buy when things are moving. They miss the bottom of this share every time it moves.

In the meantime take a look at C4X Discovery Holdings that I am 700 per point on. It has added £700 to my spread bet account this morning.

Therefore if you are looking at being mean about Oriole to try to stop me out. Then its tough luck since C4X is saving me.

Comments on possible bid for Oriole

I view the possibility of a takeover for Oriole quite high given the very low market value and their large foothold in Cameroon, what mid cap or major would not want to be part of a possible new in country gold district.

Most of ORR equity is held by retail investors, many are under water even after the recent rise so a all cash offer at a decent premium would be very welcome for certain.

I have mentioned the Tembo Gold / Barrack tie up in Tanzania which propelled Tembo share price ten fold at one point, it is clear majors are looking at companies that have large licence footholds (like Tembo)

Only time will tell but ORR looks a very juicy target currently.

Between early November and late January the share price bagged seven times. It is not unusual for the share price to get it's breath back after a considerable rise whilst awaiting further news. This has nothing to do with the Lanstead agreement. The average selling volume is too small, spread over two years is designed specifically to avoid share price impact. More likely to be spread-bets and profit taking who are now 'short' and will say any old nonsense in support of their own ends.

I agree, I said to the Mrs this would dip between the JV’s being signed and drilling and I was right, didn’t expect it to be this far down.

Long story short, I said I was going to stick around for the drilling at Bibemi and ultimately I’d like to be around for Mbe drilling.

Given the results I posted yesterday, we know there is high grade and good intersections. I don’t see why bibemi can’t get to 1m oz.

It’s just the interim which the share price dropping that is frustrating however we have to wait for the results as that’s where the real gain is made.

Look at empire metals, GGP, (I know people will say you can’t draw comparisons , to those people I say go away, I’m using it as an example)

The share price did multiples of good results. That could happen here going off the phase 4 results and now they understand the geology better. Should be able to locate more.

We wait for bibemi Assays and whatever happens in the meantime , is up to the universe.

Oriole is getting played to make it look bad.

As when the spread is huge I can sell 25 grand at the full bid and when the spread is back to normal I can only sell up to 17 grand at the full bid.

When you think about it Lanstead should be able to sell up to 25 grand this week without effecting the price.

Have you noticed that when the offer goes up, the big sell comes in and then the offer goes back to normal or even tighter.
About 5 mins ago the MM tried to do this and surprise surprise Lanstead did not take the extra the MM was offering for a sell.
Why, because it looks like Lanstead has ran off after being reported to the FCA for its over selling of Oriole shares.

Well 40 percent lost on oriole and 20 percent on other shares. Some of the selling is just the spread bets getting stopped out or sells to cover the spread bets to avoid them getting stopped out. It is not all lanstead today. Take advantage of this by buying shares since it's a transfer of wealth from gamblers like me to real holders.

60 percent of your inheritance gone and you don't mind the Lanstead deal. It's not only their selling, it's the fact it puts off other investors.

Remember Tim told us shareholders not to sell when the price was around the 0.40p area. I listened to him and now I am down 60 percent of my inheritance.

However I still hold out huge hope, and I will be staying in to see how high Oriole will go up to when Lanstead are finally out within 18 months time.

Interesting that the last 2 trades just missed the 0.25p offer and had to pay more.

I been getting offers for 0.278p and 0.288p for 15K and 19K today.

To me it just looks like MM tricks and games.
