I have been buying very small quantities of this stock as a pure gamble based mainly on their Kincora Copper stake as that has blue sky potential on its own if they find another Oyu Tolgoi mine.

Origo are Kincora coppers largest shareholder. I'm not sure how much their total stake is worth. Origos current market cap is approx £6 million.

This has to be worth a punt that these prices.

They will run out of cash soon. Suppose one of the big shareholders may give them a loan. Doubt the terms will be kind.

Therefore, they can sell an asset and choose not to distribute the money ... But If they do, it's split per the new agreement.
zcaprd7

It's a "future distribution"... They might not have anything to distribute after costs? But if they do (and they will), it will be over what's left (unless they pay out a special dividend after a larger asset sale perhaps), but unlikely...
