PJ1 originates from TRAKM8 and guess where Michaelmouse is also invested. I'll say no more.

"This could create the potential for revenue streams...including sale of the strain as an ingredient by manufacturers and royalties..."

I'm still not writing them of selling IP for a huge price.

This stock is definitely worth investing in. A punt yes, but the opportunities are absolutely huge.

1bokke. I thought Real Ale did already?

Fair comment.

lukead, correct. However, please also trail through the AEO thread and you will find MM and myself had totally opposing views on that Co.

PJ1 you need to understand the journey the company has been on to understand why this news is worthy of an Rns. I would agree that the launch of an additional product might be considered business as usual if the company already had a range of similar products in the market but considering where Opti are in their development, this rns is validation of all the developments we have been hearing about. I.E new product launch in the spring... Adding an ingredient to a range of foods that lowers cholesterol will be a marketing depts wet dream, imagine being told that your favorite food now improves your health!

A successful long term company is based on solid foundations. This RNS is part of that.

Simply because it pays to look at both sides of a coin, a skill most BB posters seem to lack.

Well said trotters - all the ducks are being lined up. If you can't see where this is going then more fool you. A cholesterol product effective as statins and reduces hypertension - how is that not ever going to be a success. I'm very confident OPTI will make me a lot of money someday, the only question I don't know the answer to is when. But that when is getting a lot closer by the day.

After reading the RNS again I'd ask the question why have they RNS'd it? Its just normal business imo

Last year we were notified of development stages as regards products and divisions. And now, as promised, these are coming to fruition - products gone and going to market, an Asian conglomerate partner, splintering of divisions (Skinbiotics. having relocated); of course there are no profits as yet. Would share price be where it is, if profits were clocking up? Two things are disappointing however; that MN deal has gone silent and that despite promises, for most part, being met, share price languishes around 75% of value that held prior to any of the de-risking we have witnessed over the past year. I'd have thought £1 was a reasonable risk-based value a year ago - always provided one put credence in the message SOH was sending out. And even he, prior to all this de-risking, had expressed the view that £2.00 seemed to him s fair price. And if, once again, he's to be believed (and volumes of scientific evidence supports him) the sky is the limit so-wise, why is it we're stuck even to-day with fresh much anticipated further de-risking news in the offing, we remain stuck on 70p. this, surely to-day, is a bargain entry value?

It reads as a load of Flannel to me FWIW. If they have then why not just say it? This cloak and dagger approach rarely turns out as Investors expect. If they have these agreements already in place then why not just bloody well say it?

I do have a small long position here, but these sort of RNS's remind me of CTAG a little.

Can anyone name any Co that RNS it was attending a trade show and launching products, that actually won anything at them? I cannot.

Dunno how else you could read it. Certainly more than mere froth.

But then I'm just a humble chartist...more used to pictures;¬)

I agree with Parob.

It reads to me that there are European deals that are done deals.

This is positive news but not new news to anyone who has researched the company well. This has been discussed on the bb here for a few days. Must admit slightly confused by the RNS, do we have partners and products ready for launch?
