22/1/2017 13:49 | Joy - my treat has always been Iron Maiden trooper ales and you must be aware of the high calorie kick alcohol gives you; I hit my target weight in c9 weeks and without the gym.I have GoFigure bar and or shake twice daily now instead of 3 or 4 times and found this maintains my weight. According to BMI I'm still over weight for age and size, but its a weight of my choosing because I have always maintained a stocky build. | elrico
22/1/2017 13:36 | Feel like I'm in the Big Brother House.... Day 9 on the Go Figure Diet! Ok, first week LOST just under a smidge of 3 LB I'm delighted! Will carry on for another week. A friend told me, if you're on a diet, you must have an end of week luxury treat to look forward to or you'll just cave in and ditch the diet. So, bearing that in mind, I thought ok, I will have a bar of chocolate when I complete first week. But, when it came to it last night, I didn't want any chocolate and that for me is groundbreaking! I opted instead for 1 cracker with cheese and a few sips of Snapps! I can only conclude so far my taste buds have changed.... I no longer feel hungry and am happy with small evening meal with a cup of tea with milk. Rest of the day shakes made with water, 2 bars, apple, pear and/or nectarine, loads of water and herbal teas. First tea of day green tea as I think that's a good detox for system. Last drink of day, a Camomile tea. And I feel stuffed after all that so evening meal portions are definitely decreasing in size... Okidoky, that's my update on diet, just off for afternoon walk, with my go figure bar for snack and bottle of water. Oh yes, the whole institutional stuff, I'm weiry if they come on board because if they buy a large chunk they may sell that large chunk when they've made a tidy profit... I think SOH may be mindful of that, the fund managers can...allegedly...ma Just my humble unprofessional ramblings on the subject. Good luck all on the diet and shareholders too. Please DYOR P.S. I feel I'm in a win win situation, being in OPTI and loosing weight! | joyjoy13
22/1/2017 10:29 | Well if that be the case JJ he could always get em on board at a premium. | scotty1
22/1/2017 10:27 | Judi Personally I can't see a placing. Sounds like numbers for year end will surprise anyway and with imminent rollout of further products it would be a major own goal to investor confidence just to let instis in. I suspect they will have to stakebuild in the market. Don't forget any placing would dilute soh as well. Would be fun form once to watch the instis scramble for stock. Sounds like times against them too as there could be more insti interest after the presentations first week in Feb! Sm | shrewdmole
22/1/2017 09:23 | Hopefully no more top up opportunities in the low 60's My only slight concern is that if he does want instis onboard then a placing seems the only way for them to get a substantial holding Can't see how they can acquire a decent insti type holding any other way myself There not gonna get them with a few 2k, 5k or 10k sells bwtfdik | judijudi

21/1/2017 23:22 | Fincap been on the offer for days keeping the lid on it..... | shrewdmole
21/1/2017 21:12 | Cheers Neft. TW: "You can now see that OPTI is attracting institutional buying and it's possible that finCapp will be pressurised, since there are no large blocks of stock available, and will now have to start going hoovering up smaller blocks on the secondary market to feed that institutional demand. Sentiment in this stock has changed rather dramatically." | parob
21/1/2017 20:58 | Cheers for that neft - confirms what most of us suspected, insti's starting to climb on board. Well they won't be getting mine (or others here I suspect)on the cheap - if they want stock they can pay top dollar for it. All of us kept faith with the company last year despite what some perceived as a lack of progress. Well things are changing - FAST 2017 really is going to be our year | whl2
21/1/2017 20:09 | GoFigure doesn't need to spend £20k (regional) for primetime adds. A household UK retailer did not need adds to discover GoFigure. The UK retailer may promote GoFigure for its own markets, thus save THWLC bottom line. | elrico
21/1/2017 18:25 | Rodders Do you appreciate how much prime time to advertising costs? Would need to be a far more developed brand before that happens. Someone on lse really kicking off about Jim laird!!! Sm | shrewdmole
21/1/2017 17:42 | Do we eventually see Go Figure being advertised on TV to announce the science on a much quicker and bigger scale or is that way further down the line | onedayrodders

21/1/2017 11:11 | I think we might see it hit 80p and then come in for some selling pressure, a slight retrace, consolidation and then next leg up to a pound. Not worth trying to trade though for a few %, far more risk in missing the next step up. I must say, it has been a very gratifying week, the last year of trading sideways and trending down appears to be out of the way, onwards and upwards to who knows where.... | lodger
21/1/2017 10:56 | Has anyone else grated their GoFigure bars with porridge? It certainly holds off the hunger longer and a great way to consume the bar. | elrico
21/1/2017 10:03 | Let's hope so Elrico, and if THWLC need more funds from OPTI to help with any further expansion/capacity, it would be great to see our stake increased further whilst the company is in its infancy. When SOH states..."We've made a very good start in building revenues as people will see when we announce our end of year results"....I think GoFigure will play a big part in this, but I also think he's referring to revenue from joint development agreements - I think we might be surprised by the amount this is generating. | parob
21/1/2017 09:50 | Back in October, Max provided some info on UK production capacity for GoFigure; Our UK manufacturers are able to make up to 3 million bars a month and up to 30+ tonnes of shake powder. They also have room to expand should we need more capacity. We now have a more robust forecasting system in place with a strong focus on supply continuity.EndWe know THWLC need additional funding to meet production needs, etc and SOH suggesting YE would be encouraging, I would not bet against capacity needing to be increased this year. | elrico
21/1/2017 09:44 | I thought it was more appropriate first time mike ;o) | onedayrodders
21/1/2017 09:39 | Will be very interested to see the EOY results! SOH seems confident they will show the 'very good start' that the gofigure product has had! Remember this was launched with virtually no advertising and the slimbiome division is the one with the least potential! | f3rdinand
21/1/2017 09:31 | Oops predictive text meets advancing years.read opti. | mikerobe1
