18/1/2017 07:52 | Worth noting soh raves about the low cash burn so if he has decided now is the time to be appointing big hitting directors then we must be very close to commercial rollout of products. | shrewdmole

18/1/2017 06:54 | Optibiotix - David Evans share sale, panic not PUBLISHED: 18 Jan 2017 @ 05:49 After hours yesterday it was announced that former NED David Evans had reduced his holding in Optibiotix (LSE:OPTI) from 3,478,732 shares (4.5%) to 2,623,517 shares (3.4%). Are we panicked? Evans is a bit of a guru in this sector but he is old and is believed to have one or two health issues. He is not a director so can sell these shares while he cannot sell shares he owns in, say, Collagen (LSE:COS) where he is still on board. If I get to his age (TW writing) I shall not be hoarding shares for the benefit of my nearest and dearest but will also be selling enough to bring in an extra shift of blonde, short skirted, Swedish nurses to attend to my every need.. The market may not react with glee to this news but we do not regard it as material. we expect very big positive news shortly and the shares are a buy at up to 80p with a target to sell of 100 | scotty1
17/1/2017 21:33 | Qs99 you don't normally declare until you have completed selling. | john henry

17/1/2017 18:34 | The trades are telling a story and have been for a couple of weeks. Buys seem bulkier balanced by smaller bored sellers. | shrewdmole
17/1/2017 18:32 | So our seller is revealed and he still holds far far more than most of us on here. Without looking at this via the old "rose tints" this is good news. Seller done so no drag on the share price. An ex chairman who has retained over a 2 million share holding. Perhaps this explains why we are now moving forward without taking a few more steps back. | rafboy
17/1/2017 18:26 | Thanks for confirming JH. Looks like we'll have nothing to hold us back on the next piece of good news. | parob

17/1/2017 17:56 | Parob, any major holder reducing their position will declare once they have completed. We now know where the overhang has come from and that it has been cleared. | john henry
17/1/2017 17:47 | Evans above! beat that for a cv. Now tell me he was a single-figure handicap golfer. | owenmo |
