Mazz it was a typo. I haven't filtered you yet ;-) Its not about my inability or maturity to handle constructive critics, I have been critical myself. The difference is, I don't bang on and on and on with each slip of the share price That is your domain. You may not realise it, but you come across as someone out of his depth.I use the filter as tool to cut the BS from the BB. It can be very efficient especially when children start with hurling stones.

I don't understand why anyone would be expecting a placing? I understand why michaelmouse keeps pumping the placing hypothesis. He just don't understand certain market functions.

Well the good news is that finncap have yet to initiate coverage of OPTI. Hopefully when they do it will be uber bullish and lead to much buying. (even if we lowly PI's aren't supposed to see the coverage!)

John Henry as i said wasn't concerned about the stock shifting it was the Finncap which concerned me and as you said i had the same thought about someone trying to pump the stock up and if that be the case why?to let someone out?to get a placing we don't think is needed away?

Elrico, calm down dear. Everyone here is entitled to an opinion which clearly you cannot handle. It is after all just an OPINION. I am not going to filter you because I am not five years old and can handle an adult conversation but you know nothing more than anyone else about what is going on with the company. Every criticism is not an attempt to sell-out or move on, as much as your paranoia may tell you. John Henry, you don't have to defend yourself against her, she doesn't know any more than you.

Scotty there were some pretty chunky sells that went through first thing today so I'm guessing it will take a while for them to be soaked up. We don't need cash at the moment, therefore I can't see a placing coming soon.I notice the 25K buyer is back.Peeps weren't too happy about the accumulate rating so that's probably a good thing. Not sure where that came from then!

Scotty1 I wouldn't be concerned about the MMs having stock to shift, this has been the case for many many months.FCAP rating well that's sounds like someone maybe trying to pump the stock.

Oxford Pharmascience (OXP) is worth taking a look at. £21million in cash and the seller appears to be out.

Wonder what happened to that offer on the table for a Cholesterol deal back in August .. SOH said at the time they have a duty to listen to all offers to ensure the best deal for shareholders.

Investors in the IPO would need some visibility going forward. I can't see the IPO succeeding with no contract or JV.

well fozdad, its going to be interesting to see how the company manages things. Ideally you would want commercial news for Opti before skin division is IPO'd, and then a contract for Skin when the time comes..... otherwise its going to be tough, I would have thought!

foz, I very much doubt OPTI would attempt an IPO without a contract in place first!

I'm thinking that there could be a contract for the skin division that is close to completion. This will be timed to give extra credence to the IPO.

Elrico I have always maintained I will give OHara until the end of the year. You would hope some decent news by 2017 but I would bet the house on it.Bobdown the MMs have a lashed load to shift.
