or if not

Has the amount GBP £512,643.30 worth of shares which represents one third of the current issued share capital , changed from previous ?

This resolution to issue up to 30% of new shares lasts 15 months from 11th June 2019 it would appear.

Does anyone know the rules governing disclosure of shareholding?
Also, when did Finance Yorkshire first make their investment? Was it 2014 into Opti plc, or was it earlier, into Opti Ltd, prior to its takeover by Ducat Ventures?
It is the stated aim of FYSCF to sell their seedcorn holding in a 3 to 6 year timeframe.
They are, seemingly, the obvious candidate to be selling due to their large stake, their rules, and they are probably still making a profit on that sale. I guess they bought at around 10p.
Thoughts?

I have no doubt the little turk will be hiding for a while. He won't want to answer my questions. Worse still, it seems evil bankster has set about trashing his beloved BIDS. I wonder why haimdahamida aka kaka and hamida have not commented on BIDS missed the 1.75m by er 1.50m and why no profit warning?No worries, im sure shareprophets is all over it. I wasn't joking my olde optimate

Foods that cause flatulence are foods that are high in cellulose as your body finds these harder to digest fully. This is because our digestive tract is too short to break down the polysaccharides which are what these foods are made up of.

So when your digestive system is not able to fully digest food Farty, it will turn it into gas to escape your body.

Here are foods that are high in polysaccharides:

Beans
Root vegetables such as onions, garlic and scallions
Lentils
Dairy products
Green vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage and sprouts


But a small price to pay eh ?
Like I say
Much better than taking Chromium supplements
