09/10/2018 16:12 | I see a buy of 50k just gone through! | toby tots
09/10/2018 16:03 | Tech stocks in general are getting hit, nothing specific to Opti eg VRS down 7% two days in a row and SBTX down 10% earlier. Can't see this going much lower. Anyone with long term view can pick up some on the cheap. | riskybusiness1
09/10/2018 15:15 | I think I need some blood pressure lowering tablets pretty soon as I’ve done three toilet rolls and a bottle of Diocalm in the last day and a half. I have to jump ship at 56p after being here for over 3 1/2 years. I hope there is a lot of support at 80p. Good luck everyone. | jammyjim
09/10/2018 15:02 | How about that drink Jack. I'll be quite close over the weekend. | slartybartfaster
09/10/2018 15:00 | And what was your advice as AVN, 7Dig, TRAK and STILO capitulated, whats the average fall, 90% or more? Someone with your vast experience is just a clueless as someone that registered in 2017. Wow, your arrogance has no boundaries, Mr Micahelmouse, the failed guru. Wasn't the cold winder supposed to be 2016, then 2017, then 2018, 44p never arrived as the first stop to 8p, am i right or am i wrong when i quote you? | slartybartfaster
09/10/2018 14:46 | Yes about right market got more up side however it's obvious we are close to a top so risk is present. Short term trading plenty of opportunities | danatkins
09/10/2018 14:32 | danatkins - "Member since: 07 Jul 2016." I bow to your vast experience Dan ;) Bear markets typically last 1-2 years I'd suggest. | michaelmouse
09/10/2018 14:23 | Oh dear! Inl. | rayrac
09/10/2018 14:21 | I suggested on the 19th September to wait until the share price drops to 80p and start to ease back in. Just bought 3,000 shares at 79.83p. I wouldn't rush back in, but some gradual buying over the next few days may find you in at near bottom.....or maybe not! Opti is a great share for cycling up and down. | nimrod22
09/10/2018 14:12 | I wish I had top sliced. I would buy back in a this level. But I did not top slice. SoH advised against it. | imnotlong
09/10/2018 14:08 | £1.30 to 79p in the middle. Not great. | colinzeal
09/10/2018 14:08 | As SoH says, lots of ‘momentum̵ Due to a failure by Finncap & the company to attract II investors, at least any that declare a 3% interest. | mrjohngalt
09/10/2018 13:52 | Market pulling back ready for Christmas rally. Market goes up and down. Long way from a proper bear market although I have no issue if there was one. Just buy cheaper down. Bear markets are very quick in nature. End of the day markets going up is the inevitable outcome | danatkins
09/10/2018 13:50 | No idea John. John Morley said they would keep us updated on twitter. Says Jan 2019 launch. They'd look good on supermarket shelves! | parob
09/10/2018 13:48 | SBTX is joining the downward party now, and BST was 5% up only to reverse into 5% down. Winter is coming. | michaelmouse
09/10/2018 13:46 | Any idea where you can buy that Muesli Parob? John | 2350220
09/10/2018 13:43 | It's feeling more and more like a bear market every day. If you haven't been here before then you won't even believe the pain ahead, particularly for a company with a multi-million pound market cap and next to zero revenues. Do some background reading on bear markets, but they can be savage. What happens? Nobody wants to buy anything only sell. As the sellers try to get out, it creates forced sellers. Buyers remain thin on the ground. More sellers and more forced sellers and so it goes on. Liquidity dries up. Even if Opti was profitable, it could potentially lose 75%+ of it's value from here in a bear market. It's not so the share price could potentially get trashed. No dividends, burning cash etc so no reason to hold or buy. Worse still any thoughts of getting a decent IPO away (i.e. in Opti's case a fund raise) becomes nigh on impossible. I can't say for sure that this is a bear market, but the signs are there. Any (so-called) good news is immediately sold into. Sound familiar? P.S. I don't like bear markets either, but I can ride them out :) | michaelmouse
09/10/2018 13:43 | Who’s Reynor? Is that our resident gimp? | 7ilas
09/10/2018 13:37 | hTTps://mobile.twitt | parob
09/10/2018 13:34 | scotty, TW has also done far more harm to Opti over the years than he has any good imho | judijudi
09/10/2018 13:32 | Don't think so belgrano, just fear of a good market correction imo,a lot of peeps are going more into cash at the moment. | scotty1
09/10/2018 13:26 | Unless the stock is being deliberately shorted to drive the price down and scare investors into selling. | belgrano2 |
