Adam Reynolds expertise lies in taking companies to listings and I think this is what he'll mainly be used for. Considering how developed Probiotix is I believe it would be a step in the wrong direction to keep him as chairman for too long. He has immense contacts in the city therefore he should aid in pulling off a smooth IPO. I would then expect him to be replaced within the first few years with someone of commercial expertise similar to Neil Davidson of Opti.
