Yes shrewd I cut out caffeine about 15 years ago just hot water with orange slices for me now. I had 3 weeks of headaches then ...shows you what these things do to our bodies

I concur with that Shrewdie... when I cut out caffeine a few years ago the headaches were pounding and awful. No pain killers scratched the surface.

So as you say could be the r suction in sugar. Try cutting caffeine out the headaches are terrible for a couple of days!!

Anyone else get a headache when they started the shakes. Drinking lots of water. I'm assuming it's because your cutting out the sugar ?

Saul the markets forecasted to be the fastest growing of any in the next few years. It has also been predicted to become healthcare's most lucrative frontier. I understand little intelligence is needed on the subject to post an opinion but at least attempt to educate yourself beforehand.
