Thing is there a millions of people who don't like fruit and veg like me and will avoid at all costs!! Everyone knows that eating fruit and veg is better for you!! Don't need a bbc program to tell us that, but if you don't like fruit and veg supplements are one way to make sure you are getting all those vitamins and minerals!

How about the percentages for LPLDL don’t work enough to be of any use for bp and cholesterol, ie, 5% for bp and 14% for cholesterol?

Given market sentiment its good to see current levels holding for now. I'll be doubling up at 60p but imo the risk is to the upside on a sniff of revenue numbers.

thebigchap. imho Cholbiome is an excellent much needed product however compared to the Lactobact product its way over priced.

I saw the bbc program tonight, vitamin trade is a scam. Not good for Holland and Barrett or anything else probably in the supplements world. Best to eat well, ie, fruit and veg and forget the costly, overpriced supplement trade!

Riskybusiness simply read the product label, will inform you how much Monacolin K is in each tablet.

Pretty simple.

There are some very well known trusted brands that produce red yeast tablets.

OPTI are grossly over charging.
