I suspect the delay in the interims may be due to these possible factors:-
1) Sales of GoFigure are poor and may be “falling off a cliff”. It’s a massively over-crowded and competitive market place. They’d nee d to spend millions to make any dent whatsoever.
2) The SBTX “free shares” debacle has still not been resolved.
3) Reported revenues will be very poor.
4) Cash on the balance sheet will be getting tighter by the day.
As already mentioned, they are no doubt hoping to release news of more deals to try and soften the blow but they’ll need very big deals with figures just to justify the current market cap.
I can’t think of any reason to hold shares in loss making, poor revenue generating companies which will inevitably need more cash in the current climate. In difficult markets and with profits years away there’s not even the prospect of dividends to keep you warm in the bitter cold winter that may lie ahead.
Winter is almost upon us.

Of course it's disappointing, have you done your research? If you have you should know deals will be signed

50p by end of next week. Market turmoil from US and Korea and no deals in the short term (as confirmed by Ohara) will see share price tank further. I hope all you LTHs are raiding your piggy banks this weekend so you can keep topping up or should I say propping up your losses.

Anyone who keeps on saying that they are not concerned with the share price decline is either not invested or are taking more than Lactobact IMHO.
I'm concerned, especially after having invested a fair chunk of money into this, and various other companies that were onto the best discovery since sliced bread.
I don't think that I'm being cowardly, just concerned after all I've been through.

Why are all the Rampers crying? They must know that the companies prospects are not affected by BB's. Their ignorance is frightening. I am showing a small % loss on my holding but I don't ramp the share, attack those with opposing views or cry. I just let things pan out naturally. Rampers.. Just grow up.

Not selling trotter. I have confidence in the future. People will panic though because dont have the experience or over stretch trades and become forced sellers.

Anyone selling now is doing so at a loss unless they are a LTH. Selling now makes zero sense with the company on the verge of announcing a conveyor belt of deals. Trust your research and have the conviction to stand by your decisions, deals take time to structure but they will be announced and sales (and the SP) will go from strength to strength.

Indeed F3rd; and things could be a darn sight worse than nursing paper losses here, couldn't they? Imagine holding no Opti shares and all the while living in the space these naysayers occupy in their daily lives. Opt can't be an exclusive bête noire, can it? Can this be where the old-fashioned notion of hell emanated from?; someone in the vicinity, a dis-interested third party, having no other function than try to annoy, tease, and discommode fellow-inhabitants for the sake of it!

I've addressed the red flags over months and months but you're too emotionally invested to see them.
