guys I don't usually tip other stocks, however, trin is worth a look. last few days you could get online quotes to sell virtually any amount and someone just put 1m shares on the bid side. I suspect a big order has been being filled and once done it will rerate. dyor but they are cash generative.

odd behavior today with almost 5 times sell volume to buy and we are still .50p up. Someone soaking the sells up behind the scenes?

It's a remarkable rise, but it needs to pause hereabouts - resistance at 81.5p and 82.00p.

Unless of course there is mega-news imminent, which would help explain the recent climb.

As flattering as it is for my ego, there's slightly better topic to discuss in OPTI. We that have been here for the past 24 months or so have had plenty to be excited about, be it for one false dawn after another. Is this another? Hard to say at this stage, I don't feel like Dawn is teasing us this time.

Looking at the last RNS, it is clear there is a change in tone, a bullishness and excitement from OPTI BOD, SOH in particular. As we know, SOH is quick to use media outlets to get his message across at every opportunity, in the main, as means of educating the market about the sciences potential. When science is an new as this you have to take every opportunity to educate and flag your wares.

OPTI launched the first of its range of heart health products containing LPLDL® called CholBiome and CardioBiome, and its SlimBiome®. It is easy to forget SlimBiome® has NOT actually been launched officially until Vitafoods expo. The Tata business was attracted via the soft launch last July. I did say I contact of mine working as a purchaser for a Swiss based pharma had learned there was a lot of excitement around the OPTI, SACCO and Nutrelinea stands and heard deals were in the offing. So, to get actual confirmation of this so soon encourages me to feel quite excited even for the short term. "This has already resulted in some companies sending through draft contracts." As I previously stated, this appears to suggest there is a orderly clamber and eagerness from several companies to sign up to the new science, no doubt assisted with the peer review published, designed to get across the science backed data and of course, getting the LP-LDL brand front and centre of potential clients. This appears to have attracted MN players and quite possibly cut the DD timeline down considerably, subject to what the potential client want to use the IP for.

The language in the RNS is key; SOH - “We are EXTREMELY PLEASED with the VERY HIGH level of interest from both national and multinational companies interested in selling our products." The usual conservative tone gone. Eager to build excitement appears to be in order on this occasion.

"The Company anticipates that this interest will start to generate revenues from both ingredient supply, and as a component in HIGH VALUE WHITE LABEL and BRANDED FORMULATIONS and presentations, across multiples territories." And then there's the global reach, it seems to be increasing; partners across Europe, Japan, India, Asia, Australia and the USA.

This is particularly intriguing. I could be wrong, but this suggest to me EXISTING HOUSEHOLD NAME BRANDS will have LP-LDL or Slimbiome reformulated ingredients, or at the very least, new products with existing HOUSEHOLD BRANDS.

Interesting rise today... not really any huge buys to explain it; in fact some large sells on Nex! This has the feel of background (institutions?) loading up...and reminds me of the whoosh we got from 40-90p! I bought back in my trading pot this morning, but it was very hard to buy in any bulk! Let's hope for a strong end to the week tomorrow and lots of deals next week!!

Any newbies looking in might want to have a look at this Midas buy tip as it gives a good overview - although it's from Oct 2016 and things have clearly progressed quite a bit since then!
