All very very true
But the fly in the ointment is that the CEO doesn’t want the price to rise to what we as private share holders think is a true valuation

Don't know how you know that. There's been no rns holdings to tell you that. All we know is that recently there have been more sells than buys. My guess is it's mainly traders selling into any rise or if insts are selling being careful not to cross any holding boundaries, it's probably due to end of year writing to book, but we can't know of course. If so, then that selling for that reason will stop from now on. Maybe next week there'll be more buys than sells, impossible to know. All we do know, or can reasonable state under normal valuation criteria, is that the current price is, in my opinion, three or four times less than it would be in an efficient market. Value it on next year's turnover, or next year's expected profits, and it's way undervalued. It's very easy to see the turnover from the contracts already signed for those interested in investing here, and we know it's running profitably now, and also that is has #21m and growing cash pile.

So, the consensus is that CF should stop keeping a lid on the price. Some peeps say it is good because it keeps the traders out. Some peeps disagree. The peeps that disagree are, in the main, the traders. And those that aren't the traders are the impatient.

The patient wise are content. And, on the whole, relaxed.

I brought in at 6p in May the share price is now 23p where is the 50% every 6 months or 100% in a year I am not complaining, as far as physiological effect on long term holders or new investors, if they have done their research they should not have a problem with investing in this Company, does anyone invested in Orph believe in 6 months the share price will only be 34.5p equals 50% increase.

I don't in the slightest disagree with you in what he has delivered, or continues to deliver. That matter is not even up for debate as he's doing a fantastic job in that respect.I just disagree solely on what he says in respect of the share price There is no need for him to continually mention it. Maybe that way, the impact of the RNS's will be realised rather than the share price going in the wrong direction, or barely moving every time one is released.

How about a CEO who talks it up but delivers nothing leading ultimately to a crash ? No contest. Very happy with CFs performance this year and if he delivers on his growth forecasts he can say what he likes. He knows far more about the status of the company...the irons in the fire etc than any minor PIs and I believe he has earned my trust that he knows what he's doing.

Some say what he says has no impact on what the market makers do etc in regards to the share price However, it does indirectly have an impact in the psychology of new or long term investors, imo. New investors may not invest as they won't want to be held to CF's share price timeline of the rises, and others may sell for the same reason.


I can understand that he wants to keep the traders out here, but it's suppressing the share price at the same time.

IMV better for management not to comment on the share price at all. But the comment from Cathal was he was looking for a steady rise in the share price - 50% every 6 months - rather than have massive increases and then pullbacks. Remember he has significant 'skin in the game'

Price in June was 15p... now 23p ....so right on track. Hopefully see mid 30s and all time highs in the first half of 2021.

I see again he's said he doesn't want the share price rising too quickly (eye roll). I know it's been discussed at length on here previously, but he really needs to stop mentioning it and putting the handbrake on here. I am convinced it is putting off new investors and is attracting large or consistent selling.It's infuriating, especially as we should be far higher than we are right now with all the big contracts we have won of late, plus £21m cash in the bank as he alluded to.We were 30p+ months ago without as much news as we've had of late. Let the share price grow organically imo rather than hamper it.We all have different price targets and the amount of time we invest in a share, but at the end of the day we are all here to make money.
