21/7/2016 14:06 | It's ridiculously silly bigego So he has to convince the owner of a shell to invest in n4 - a company he said are current worthless - to allow n4 to use their cash balance - despite stating that n4 have almost 0 chance of success and are destined to failure. Then, Onzima have to be persuaded to sell their stake of n4 to the shell. However, Onzima recognise the true potential of n4, so that would be significantly higher than what they paid. That would only further justify the commercial nous of the Onzima team is making profitable investments. And the next investment is coming! This guy is actually insane. All because he has a grudge against Onzima shareholders. Hhahahahahahaha | wahlberg
21/7/2016 13:46 | Nonsense and you know it. Of course no N4 deal could go ahead without the say so of onz. And you knew that too. Back to the drawing board for fido I'd suggest. But nice try. | patientcapital
21/7/2016 13:26 | PC, N4 would not command a value of 6-7 million but the shell would solve the funding problem that Nigel faces going forward. As I say the meeting is set for 29th and I will see how he feels about taking the shell into a new venture. If he does and Nigel is agreeable then I cannot see ONZ lasting more than a few months. | fido
21/7/2016 13:07 | Good on you fido. Even though you are throwing caution to the wind by publicly declaring inside price sensitive information your plan would serve to place an enhanced valuation on onz's 49% stake in N4. That's if your plan comes off which is impossible to know. But if, say, NT sold x% to your shell for the £6-7m you say is available then that would place a very decent value on onz's stake. Go for it but do keep it private otherwise you could well find yourself in trouble - and where would our value enhancing deal be then?! I am not holding my breath for obvious reasons. | patientcapital
21/7/2016 13:00 | Just like to point out that the 1.4p support level touted by the RAMPERS as being ROCK SOLID has just fallen. Heading down. | fido
21/7/2016 12:42 | N4 IS worthless without a deal. To get a deal N4 needs more funding. That is something ONZ does not have without handing round the begging bowl. If you were Nigel would you want to be reliant on the begging bowl. We will soon find out. | fido
21/7/2016 12:18 | bigego After stating for weeks that n4 holds 0 value, how could you then promote the acquisition of n4. That's a tricky one, haha. | wahlberg
21/7/2016 10:58 | Remember when you said you were done posting here? Like, a few hours ago. completely addicted hahaha | wahlberg
21/7/2016 10:42 | Meeting with my contact shell CEO set for Fri 29th July. Hopeful of a result. | fido
21/7/2016 10:04 | It is very possible that this company will go bust. | fido
21/7/2016 09:43 | bigego, Just like Feb-May consolidation period between 0.7-1, we're here at 1.4-1.75 The next range will be towards 2.2-2.5p and then up to 3.8p It's a strong buy all the way up, 3.8p would still be a ludicrous valuation for what ONZIMA have. Good to be in so low and able to enjoy the considerable upside here. | wahlberg
20/7/2016 23:02 | bigego, Perhaps you should concern yourself more with the sinking share price than making yourself look silly. | fido
20/7/2016 22:18 | PC he's been warned, only defense will be insanity, shame he will get off. | bigego
20/7/2016 22:17 | RAMPER, If or when ONZ goes bust it won`t deliver at all and that`s the point. It might not be good for present shareholders but at least others wont be suckered in prior to a possible collapse. With regard a possible scam look at it this way. ONZ will continue to draw in money via numerous cash calls on the basis of N4 dangling its carrot. So for more and more investment what does the investor get out of it other than more and more dilution. The answer is nothing because there is NO guarantee of a N4 deal with a producer and there is NO guarantee of a deal with ONZ. In his latest interview Nigel mentioned ONZ as one of a number of options ie dangling the carrot but being non committal. The bottom line is that after many fund raising`s and dilutions Nigel could just sign up with someone else. As I said though, the arguing is done and I will test Nigel`s appetite for a clean route to market and see just how committed he is to ONZ. I would have thought that a clean shell with 6-7 million looking for a home would win the day but we will see but I would not expect ONZ to survive for long without the pull of N4. | fido
20/7/2016 21:18 | PatientCapital, The authorities could have my copies. The next step is to tie up the IP addresses to various failed companies to see if they were ramped prior to failure by the same people. | fido
20/7/2016 19:24 | Good riddance And let that grudge keep eating you as ONZ continues to deliver. | wahlberg |
