13/7/2016 11:43 | PatientCapital, With such fantastic potential, can you explain to me why when Nigel did a city tour prior to ONZ he was not able to raise a single penny from city investors which is why he accepted Gavins proposal from ONZ. Can you explain that to me because I would have thought that with such massive potential that city firms would have been jumping all over it. Can you further explain to me why ONZ have no institutional backing. All they have is a few high worth investors and a bucket shop that has been ramping it endlessly since taking a large part of the placing at 1p. In fact I believe that it is now that same bucket shop that is now dumping the stock into any rise. | fido
13/7/2016 11:13 | "I believe we've got huge value potential. Just the Viagra project alone can easily bring in revenues of £300-500 million for a partner. If we're getting 5-10% royalties, we're up to £30 million royalties a year as income which, with a high-level of gross profit we're 80% plus that one project would be valued at £50-£60 million. That's why Onzima have invested in us. They can see there's huge potential to grow value."With that potential, some may be surprised that he has sold 49% of the business. But Nigel said the deal made sense. "I've got a firm view that it's not the percentage that matters, it's the final result. I could end up owning 100% of nothing, or a good percentage of something that's got the potential to become £500 million or more. To me it's a no brainer."The above from an article in April. | patientcapital
13/7/2016 10:28 | Nigel stated that they have the licence of 50 drugs from Opal. Viagra is the reformulation that they are now working on. Yesterdays news was for the placing of patents on two other drugs within that 50. To avoid any confusion, thats one they are working on and two others they have filed patents for. Filing patent is NOT the same as actively working on a drug. So in effect N4 are currently working on one drug which is viagra. That contrasts with the lies put out by the RAMPERS with vested interests that N4 were working on at least a dozen other drugs at the moment. Lies and gross exaggerations is all we hear from the ramping fraternity here. | fido
13/7/2016 09:49 | Go and see your doctor, complete mental case.... Nigel stated there are 50 drugs that are coming or are off patent that they would be interested. | keya5000
13/7/2016 09:31 | "...We will continue to file strong life cycle management patents for a range of drugs over the coming weeks and months. Our initial formulation focus is still on our work for Sildenafil and we are now working with clinicians and formulators to decide which of these additional new drugs we will start reformulation work on next." That`s odd because we have been constantly told by posters on a variety of BB`s and twitter that N4 were already working on a dozen other drugs other than viagra. More lies and gross exaggerations from the ONZ rampers association. | fido

13/7/2016 08:53 | If you think I`m talking rubbish then just bear in mind that the Doc is here to make a fast buck (not long term), the same can be said for his followers. Without news of a deal then ONZ is not going to perform and as I said before you are probably quite a few months away from any news that could be considered meaningful in any way. In the meantime people and especially people like the doc will move on leaving ONZ to head down. | fido

13/7/2016 08:37 | keya5000, as I said before Akhter owned nearly half the UTN stock. It was Akhter that effectively saved UTN many years prior. If I owned half a company with the potential you say then I would be mortgaged to the hill backing it, not spending loose change trying to support it when the price is falling. When the price is under pressure you need a bold statement of support not the type of support even you or I wouldn`t even bother with. As it was the market was NOT impressed by what amounted to a pittance from Nigel. Volume is falling and people are losing interest. That only points to a share going down. Even your friend the DOC has changed his terminology from this being a 20 bagger a few days ago to now there being NO guarantees and he might sell. | fido
13/7/2016 08:27 | barrie16, By outside Akhters control I mean things such as governments cutting back on solar projects and the cutting of subsidies on household solar generation. A whole host of things went wrong that if they had turned out as planned would have made for a very different outcome. | fido
13/7/2016 08:07 | Fido. I have never known anyone with such a poor argument that constantly contradicts itself. Nigel Theobald owns 51% of N4 and 16% of ONZ of which he's purchased I would guess £60K+ worth of stock in the market since ONZ took the N4 stake. So in essence he's showing more confidence than any one of the directors of UTN that you so much promoted ever did? Do you not feel ashamed or are you suffering from some sort of illness? | keya5000
12/7/2016 23:39 | Fido What do you mean outside Akhters control!! What did he do in the fifteen years in charge of UTN. If you were on the board WHAT were you doing?? | barrie16
12/7/2016 22:13 | keya5000, Actually Akhter and his family owned nearly half the company. Had things gone to plan shareholders would have seen a multiple of their investment, but things didn`t go to plan. Most of it was outside Akhters control so it was no ones fault as things don`t always work out. There in lies a lesson as investors in ONZ are taking everything as being a done deal when in fact there are a multiple of things that could go wrong including N4 not landing a deal and putting all of ONZ in jeopardy. | fido
12/7/2016 20:16 | How much stock of UTN did any directors buy during the five year duration of your ramp fest there? | keya5000
12/7/2016 19:53 | bigego, 285,073 shares is a pittance as I said before, I would normally be looking at considerably more than that. Even the Doc brought 500,000 yesterday and described it as "not a lot". NT buying such a paltry amount of stock smacks of being a token gesture to try and support the falling share price. If he really thought that he was onto a winner then his trades would be MUCH bigger than that. | fido
12/7/2016 15:51 | 285,073 shares is a pittance. I doubt even you would make the effort for that amount. | fido
12/7/2016 15:46 | Another 300k for him pushing on to 30m now. Nigh on 6m bought since he sold half of N4 for the rest. Great show of support. You got to laugh calling out someone for buying 300k worth yet you have f all interest here but are obsessed about it. | keya5000
12/7/2016 15:18 | NT`s purchase of 285,073 shares is a pittance possibly designed to support the share price. For that volume of shares I doubt that I would even bother. | fido
12/7/2016 14:00 | Nice to see N4 CEO buying further ONZ. | patientcapital
12/7/2016 13:07 | From the other thread: "* Sildenafil (Viagra) - 45 patents filed. * Losartan - 17 patents filed. * Valsartan - 12 patents filed. Sildenafil market is worth £4.8bn per year. Sartans worth $11bn per year." N4`s share of that.......ZERO | fido
