ONZ buying into the Kolar Gold placing underlines the fact that ONZ is a HIGH RISK RESOURCE COMPANY, NOT a pharmaceutical one.

Just been listening to the Doc on VOX market talking about Stratmin Global.
The shares were tipped by Tom Bulford at 60p and went to 70p before crashing to 30p where they were heavily tipped by the Doc. Stratmin Global currently are around 2p and the Doc summed it up by saying "How wrong was I"
This is the man who a few days ago was saying that ONZ might be a 20 bagger and is now saying that life has no guarantees and that he might sell.

Again, in relation to ONZ, a quote from the Doc,

"life has no guarantees"

This is from the man who up until a couple of days ago was the most bullish of the lot.

bdog51,

What I said was that no 500k buys had taken place today.
The Doc since qualified it by saying that he brought 2x250ks.
However when challenged about him selling he said and I quote "I might sell " it's my choice " however it's not my intention currently."
Does that fill you with confidence does it.
Lets see if that remains his position if it falls further because even he knows when to bail out although I suspect that he has left it too late on this occasion.

If the timing of the RNS was to support a falling share price then it failed as ONZ were amongst the biggest fallers today.

What should be noted from today`s RNS is the amount of selling there has been on the back of it which would not be expected if this was such a good company.
As it is investors have used the RNS as an opportunity to bail out which is not good and does not bode well for the future.

Onzima Ventures PLC Update re Investment

UK Regulatory (RNS & others)

Onzima Ventures PLC

("Onzima" or the "Company")

N4 Pharma announces further patent filings for reformulation of Valsartan and
Losartan

Onzima is pleased to announce that N4 Pharma Limited ("N4 Pharma"), its
49%-owned investee company, has filed 17 novel patents for the reformulation of
losartan and 12 novel patents for the reformulation of valsartan.

This is in line with its strategy of filing strong broad patents for a range of
drugs that it wishes to consider reformulating and are part of the suite of
patents that N4 Pharma acquired from OPAL IP.

N4 Pharma CEO Nigel Theobald commented: "These are the first of a range of
other reformulation patents we intend to file for a number of existing generic
or soon to be generic drugs in addition to those already filed for Sildenafil.

"We will continue to file strong life cycle management patents for a range of
drugs over the coming weeks and months. Our initial formulation focus is still
on our work for Sildenafil and we are now working with clinicians and
formulators to decide which of these additional new drugs we will start
reformulation work on next.

"Sartans are the most recent class of anti-hypertensive agents and are
extremely effective at relaxing smooth muscle in the arteries and thereby
relieve hypertension. Since sartans are effectively metabolised by the body,
the drug level is not effectively maintained in the body overnight which causes
increased blood pressure on waking, resulting in potential patient health
issues.

"Our reformulation will look to maintain the dose more effectively overnight
thereby reducing the nocturnal deficit of the drug and maintain low blood
pressure throughout the drug dose, giving a unique clinical position in the
sartans market which, in 2015, returned global sales of $11bn".

PC,
What they mean by that is that they have enough cash for now.
However ONZ are still building their portfolio and therefore will need to raise cash on a regular basis.
What that means to you is DILUTION after DILUTION until your holding counts for nothing, that is the future that you face.
If you think I am wrong then I will quote from the Annual Report and you cannot get more FACT than that.

"The Company presently invests a significant proportion of its available capital in to natural resource companies and early stage companies generally. Some of these companies may also be unlisted or illiquid to trade. There is a risk that some of these investments may not produce a positive return for the Company and some of them may fail entirely.
At this stage in the development the Company may be reliant upon raising further funds from investors to support its growth. There is no guarantee that these funds will b available to the Company"

So in basic terms ONZ are a high risk company with even higher risk investments, whose sole survival depends on handing round the begging bowl in the hope that someone will give them some money, for which there is no guarantee and if they cannot secure more funds then they are a dead duck.

Not quite the one way certainty to get rich quick portrayed on this & other BB`s is it?

fido

No. They said this on 30 June," This leaves the company well positioned with circa GBP400,000 of cash at bank for further new investments, supporting existing investments and for general working capital."Facts you see.

ONZ needs to raise more cash and will continue to do so for the long term meaning more and more dilution. Raising cash on the back of a hugely ramped up dream may have been doable but now with the share price considered grossly overvalued and the share price heading back down it won`t be so easy. A discounted cash call will see this come crashing down again.

XTR: I have a 4m share order under 0.01p. This is a flat liner. Any change of direction will be "brutal". We've had one miss, Mond/Tues we'll have another one.
All depending on the forced sellerS, with a S.
I doubt very much that this will go back to .08.
Check: MATD & MSMN.
Same story there for MATD, waiting for $10m+ from shell and MSMN has a forced selled which is HSBC.
Both on my buy list.
My recent gain was on PTR. Production increase on the way at the end of this month AND Sept too.
Get in at 2p next Thursday/Friday!
BUY: LAM at 64p, RENE at 2.5p if poss, HZD soon...
Enjoy life and remember.
IT'S ONLY MONEY!!!!
