N4 has no value at the present time only potential.
What I will be presenting to Nigel is the ability to bring that potential to market unhindered by cash shortages that they have with their association with ONZ which relies on constant cash calls and dilutions.
If Nigel agrees then the 6-7 million in cash would override any allegiance to onz and allow him a clean route to market.
Personally I think its an attractive option that he may go for and will be the death-knell for onz.

This is clearly an outright lie given that in the write up it states "Announcement of next major product to be developed on the platforms after sildenafil"

Just for context the 'highly uncertain' bit refers to the time sequence of the actual events not the actual events mentioned.

As I said before the jewel in the crown is Tajik where they are JV partners with Total and CNPC, both of which have a reputation of geting the job done and in the case of CNPC ahead of time, such is the desire of China for Central Asian resources.
As I said, operationally I consider it to be still early days with the cash in the bank but it does look like they are putting the money to good use which in short time will benefit shareholders and the share price "

The picture is clearer every day. I think it's best to ignore those with terrible track records and focus attention on those with continued success - like Nigel Theobald and n4
