NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND INVESTOR ENGAGEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the Company announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service dated 14 April 2023 regarding the release of the integrated report and investor engagement and are advised that the summary consolidated financial statements together with the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") have been distributed to shareholders today, 25 April 2023.

The audited consolidated financial statements ("AFS"), which were made available on the Company's website on 23 March 2023, were audited by the Company's joint external auditors, Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young Inc., who expressed an unqualified opinion on the AFS. The relevant audit opinions are contained in the aforementioned AFS. There have been no modifications to those published on 24 March 2023 and no changes to the audit opinion.

Notice is hereby given that the 5(th) AGM of the Company will be held in person in the Auditorium, Ground Floor, Mutual Place, 107 Rivonia Road, Sandton, Johannesburg and simultaneously by electronic participation, on Friday, 26 May 2023 at 10:00 SA time to transact the business as set out in the notice of AGM. The Company has retained the services of The Meeting Specialist Proprietary Limited ("TMS") to remotely host the AGM on an interactive electronic platform, in order to facilitate remote participation and voting by shareholders. TMS will also act as scrutineer for purposes of the AGM. In order to participate electronically in and/or vote at the AGM, shareholders are required to contact TMS on [e-mail] or alternatively contact them on [phone] / [phone] / [phone] as soon as possible, but in any event no later than 09:00 SA time on Wednesday, 24 May 2023. TMS will assist shareholders with the requirements for electronic participation in, and/or voting at, the AGM.
