27/1/2020 16:57 | A nice 10m buy shown at the close | silversoldier
26/1/2020 19:53 | I wonder whether Mike Watts of Pharos energy (Soco Int), is still keen on Cambay. He was in charge of Magna Energy, a fledgling O&G company which bought a 17% stake in Oilex in 2014. | teraferma
24/1/2020 22:01 | Start Date: 27th September 2019 Document No.: GERMI/PRWDIC/2019/01 End Date: 11th November 2019 (1600 Hrs IST) Request for Proposal & Information Memorandum for Farm-Out of Non-Operated E&P Cambay Field of Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Limited [ Later extended and now completed ] 17 January 2020: Oilex understands that a preferred bidder has been identified by GSPC, which will be invited by GSPC to finalize negotiations before seeking applicable regulatory approvals in India. The Company will update the market once further information on the GSPC sale process becomes available. | noirua
24/1/2020 13:01 | As others have said many times on this thread, "buy on the dips." That is the case since the shares fell out of bed near 0.4p to continually test 0.16p, 0.17p and 0.18p and then pushing up temporarily into the 0.2p - 0.28p range. No guarantees of course though it has worked enough times for some of us to feather our nest and arrive back for more. News on Cambay will arrive as GSPC sort out how the preferred bidder will pay up. I can see that others here are right and the likelihood of OEX offering as much for the 55% as the preferred bidder is exactly zero. Maybe Oilex will be given the chance to accept a bid for their holding of 45% on the same terms. That could re-rate the shares massively. A takeover bid for OEX must be on the cards now as a bid for 55% of Cambay is very likely to give an open opportunity for a mid-cap oil/gas company to pickup 45% of Cambay cheaply with the Aussie and Irish Sea opportunities as a bonus. | noirua
23/1/2020 16:20 | Added 1,288,752 shares at 0.17p. May prove timely, we shall see. Not sure why so many are willing to unload under 0.17p and not do so over 0.2p - quite odd. | noirua
23/1/2020 09:51 | Placing coming. It drops after every buy. Sure sign that forward selling is occurring | rapidlyprogressing
23/1/2020 09:07 | Well that's me dipping my toe in for the final time, now it's to sit back and watch whatever unfolds | silversoldier
22/1/2020 15:19 | You're wrong. Once it's all announced it will plummet | rapidlyprogressing

22/1/2020 14:48 | Still sellers under 0.17p. So no bounce as I first thought. Not sure for the moment. | noirua
21/1/2020 13:36 | Agree, worth hanging on to these now | smackeraim
21/1/2020 13:27 | Yeah punters should be buying on the dips IMO | cool hand kev
21/1/2020 12:15 | OEX appears to have bounced off its low of 0.16p - 0.18p. | noirua
21/1/2020 11:08 | ORM no brain! The most undervalued company on #aim based on cash ,twice the mcap | costax1654x
21/1/2020 09:35 | Trades so far appear to buys, was just quoted 0.174 to buy a million - spread widened to entice some sellers | silversoldier
20/1/2020 14:01 | For me I really hope OEX get the cash due back from gspc, my concern is it will be lost in the transaction. Or our new partner covers this and takes ownership of costs up to that value? | silversoldier
20/1/2020 12:15 | Told you,about oex Friday! | costax1654x
20/1/2020 12:14 | orm expecting a great week, with the seller out!Mcap of 3 mil can not justify 5.5 mil cash and another asset without debts!Feel Sorry for previous shareholders who got the -70% drop after the sell of tungsten mine, but cash is twice the mcap without debts! | costax1654x
20/1/2020 12:12 | This is too funny!! | rapidlyprogressing
20/1/2020 12:01 | OEX have three quite big operations in tow for a micro-cap company and all the obvious financing to come. This has to be the overall worry here that keeps coming back again and again. | noirua
20/1/2020 11:03 | I think the Market is trying to tell us something. I'm a very long term investor here, and very rarely post these days. I even managed to sell my holding at 12p many years ago. Unfortunately I have repeatedly got back in. OEX share price should be much higher than it is......so what is happening? Hopefully the Market will be proved wrong on this occasion. 20/1/2020 09:21 | I told you this share was a dog!! Dilution to be announced soon | rapidlyprogressing |
