Depends what the bid is really. I think the price will eventually match that quite closely. After all we have 45% vs GSPC 55%. You’d think if someone was willing to pay £x for theirs then ours would be worth similar/5-10% + we have other assets + x cash calls, maybe. Could be a £5000000 bid, could be a £50000000 bid, one keeps us the same the other is x10 and anything in between

You beat me to the question! At 1p our mcap would be around the 32m mark, not sure we are quite there yet. Mind you in 2018 when this whole process started we spike to .6 on just the initiation of it so who really knows.

As Silversoldier says, we are still headed in the right direction and everything is in the hands of GSPC. Sorry if I appeared negative and that is because of what has gone on before with the share price tanking.

What do you mean nothing much has changed. At 1pm there was no certainty there had even been a bid let alone one GSPC would accept. Now we are in a position where we know not only have there been bids but one is going through a process of it being accepted. The only thing we don’t know is how much it is. I agree on that part but to say we are in the same potion is wrong. We are in a much better position of clarity than we were even a few hours ago.

The news is reassuring though nothing much has really changed as yet - cross fingers. Share price should trade between 0.19p and 0.22p for the time being with a lot of stale bulls on board.

A constructive update which the market needed to ensure that we are still headed in the right direction. It's important to note as I know a number of bulletin boards have complained about the lack of updates from oilex, this process is being managed by gspc not oilex, it's their asset (55%) and they will update oilex when they believe they have chosen a buyer that fits expectations, only then will oilex be brought into the discussion.Fingers crossed we can now start moving forward.

Who have $500m to build a portfolio of assets. Just speculation as to who is in the running.

Looking very bullish. Having said that Oilex seem to be unfortunate in the way it conducts it's business. Could be worth a punt at this price though.
