Thanks Robson. People don't to be including the fact their costs are lower now that they have done the deal with seatrans. Seems this was a bit of an albatross which is now gone. Perhaps I've interpreted it wrongly.

With the amount of money being raised for exploration by small and mid cap oil exploraton companies it is only a matter of time for this to start getting more attention and new contracts. Unlike the explorers this company provides the picks and shovels for the gold rush so should be the lower risk play.

I think Mr Macgregors point yesterday about the Enterprise Value ( EV = Market Cap + Net Debt) being less than one years revenue of RSI was one of the most pertinent points raised on this thread for a while.

BGP (essentially the oil services arm of the Chinese state oil companies) is showing intent to compete globally with the likes of Sclumberger, PGS, CGG Veritas etc and OHM are in a very good position as a strategic supplier to them going forward.

I would not worry about 1p either way here, my target is 50p+ on fundamentals.

Give a reasoned argument and I'll listen to the shorters, otherwise you join the list of the cretins.

looks like a final few sucked into a liccle organised ramp yesterday! Looks the last bounce before the big plop. Wouldn't like to be holding this one given the liquidity issues.

well if they can demonstrate a reduction in overheads whilst maintaining the level of customer service and improved sales/contract wins.....we should see an improvement to the bottom line going forward.....

combine this with a recovering market and higher Oil price, then its a speculative buy at these levels.....

at the moment its all about cost control and margins whilst delivering a good consistent service.

Are you taking into account that our ongoing costs have been slashed?

The share price dropping to around half its level just after the company was rescued is a buying opportunity in my opinion.
Now at 9.5p it's only just above the 8.5p before the rescue and subsequent contract news. OK, the placing created dilution but also cash. Strip out the £2.6m raised along with the £0.8m balance and you have a debt-free company valued at 3.25m, well below the turnover of its undervalued, successful and growing subsidiary Rock Solid Images (3.8m) and the rest of the company is thrown in as a free stocking filler.

I'm hanging in here. Nothing has changed. No placing since 20p, or was it 21?

I should probably be above there. I'm waiting for the holding RNS.

Might be a bumpy ride, but with any luck worth it

bones i'm going to wait them out...either they will hold for the next 20 days to try to get the stock back...unless we get news which makes it a new ball game...plus believe the seller is gone so happy to ride this up..IAE at start of year was 12p and now at 70p...so need to loook longer than this week for some to realise they are only getting in here at this share price due to seller.

Just quiet markets. At least there's not much selling, and the size of the trades suggest opportunistic PIs making a profit on small trades probably going back to the 8ps.

They want 10.4p to buy which if it was on the way back down they wouldn't.

Comedy think that 50k sell was my buy timed about 9.15am after your tip off. Took about 15 minutes and a lot of persuasion by my broker to get 50k @ 9.5p. Think your 2 buys on plus definate shortag of stock as you say.....thanks for heads up kevin

Robson posted positive news on 18th about the enhanced research department for Rock Solid Images in Houston which complements Lucy's leading CSEM research in Aberdeen. My guess is that he's still involved here but not feeling the need to comment. If he had, people like nina with grudges over other investments, start accusing him of ramping. I've been following this for a few months and felt last week was a good entry point. If only people would do their own research and make their own decisions (so they only have themselves to congratulate or blame)and not rely on others then moan when things don't work out, we'd all get on better.
