16/11/2009 07:31 | Commenting on the results Chairman, Dave Pratt, said: "Your Company has navigated an extremely difficult year resulting largely from profound changes that have taken place in the world economy and I am very pleased to say that although we are not out of the woods yet, the future is looking substantially more promising as confidence returns to both the financial and commodities markets, and as the Group begins to benefit from actions taken to reduce its fixed costs and liabilities. OHM's leading position in the integration of electromagnetic and acoustic measurements is delivering spectacular improvements in our ability to detect, appraise and monitor subsurface hydrocarbon accumulations which we believe will place us at the forefront of this vital part of the oil service industry in years to come." | ![]() robson1974

15/11/2009 15:17 | richie...most of us are in the dark already.i for one would buy a shed full more if there was genuine good news ( most news is old news with these small players and too late for small pi's anyway) | fertilia
14/11/2009 22:21 | Fertilia I agree does not add up, My worry is that they are about to go private and that the placing was just to keep the value in the club of the major's. Think us Pi's could end up in the dark here as the work comes in and the business recovers...... | richie111
13/11/2009 12:52 | I don't care how many they bought, not a ridiculous sum...and I reckon they could have bought on or near the amount in the open market much cheaper, since the share price has been ostensively between 100-200% lower than the placing price in the ensuing period.... Daintree managed it at TMC with no problem | ![]() deanroberthunt
13/11/2009 12:49 | Its completely baffling. | ![]() bones30

13/11/2009 12:18 | fallen over 50% from its recent high and still peeps can buy at or below the mid price.....the seller/s must still be very active.. great deal at 21.5p. NOT | ![]() deanroberthunt
13/11/2009 12:04 | Someone's just snagged a few 7.75p | ![]() bones30
13/11/2009 12:03 | 21.5p/share...what a bargain, give that man a bonus...... | ![]() deanroberthunt
11/11/2009 13:24 | But the good news is that this time, it hasn't dropped the price. Also, volume seems to have been picking up this last week or so; I sense that we are about to turn the corner here (DYOR etc just my gut feeling at the minute...) | diamondsp
