I have also been trying to find this out. All I can find is the value of Titan initial investment which was GBP5M in the 6 months ending 30 Apr 2019.

And now they are raising another £200 million. And that when all the rules for VCTs have changed making them inherently more risky.

The benefits are tax free dividends - as you say - but also 30% income tax refund when you buy new shares.

However, it could be that Mr Market will mark these down soon and you will be able to buy in the market for a lot less. Could it be that the Titan becomes the Titanic - no other VCT 'House' has ever attempted to run a VCT this size - rapidly closing in o Biilion £ NAV.

If i was looking to buy new shares - which I am not - I would look at the Albion stable and their upcoming offer

My experience of investing in OTV2 is as follows.The benefits are tax free dividends, but it is very difficult to get information about investments.I bought them last summer and have collected 7% in dividends. However this has been accompanied by a 7% fall in the capital.The net profit is less than 2% a year and when dealing fees are added it has been a waste of money.

Now at a three year low after going ex dividend. I notice they didn't recover from the last ex dividend payment and dividends paid for by a reduction in capital are hardly attractive.
