Long-awaited and much-rumoured IPO for The Snowfox Group (owner inter alia of Yo! Sushi) may be coming to the market as soon as October according to various press reports which suggest a deal size of £750m where Numis will be the lead.


As today's RNS from Numis said: " Our pipeline remains very strong..."

A great success with today's ONT listing for Numis - and strong momentum building with a highly receptive market for new issues.

A very favourable business back-drop as the economy fast rehabilitates from the impact of the pandemic.

Oxford Nanopore Technologies has soared a massive 42% on market debut today.

Numis acted as one of the bookrunners on the ONT IPO.

I suppose we knew profits will be higher. Hence no market excitement. We won't know how much better until November but shares are good value at this price.

Cenkos have announced their very buoyant interims this morning and have INCREASED their interim dividend by a massive 25%.

Assuming that Cenkos equally lift their final dividend, Cenkos are now trading on a highly attractive PROSPECTIVE YIELD of 5.5%.


This is the problem with the stagnating Numis share price. The Numis dividend is just some 3.5%.

That is why, despite being the clear and impressive sector leader, the Numis share price remains stuck in a ditch my view.

Before long the 2 CEOs will be able to exercise options when the share price reaches
£4. So the brokers might be forward selling stock on the way up so the CEOs can off load the options at £4 to the brokers.
Without doubt Numis is doing well.
