Looks like 7m shares have been dumped, not by DT but by another director, Alan Chorlton.Directors dumping shares at a time when most holders have no idea what is going is pretty unethical.WTF is going on?

And oh look...another seller in the market - Mr Chorlton. So the problem has just doubled for NFX...

As I KEEP saying. This stock will lose between 5-10% per day until David T has disposed of his holding. What's clear is that he isn't hanging around and clearly wants to cash in ASAP. This time next week my guess is 3.9p bid. I've warned you on a number of occasions, and look what's happened...

Amaretto and Jakbent are both clueless and like a bad fart just keep keep keep and keep lingering and all the while looking like a couple of tools.

Incorrect amaretto, see FCA rule DTR 5.1.1 (4) which states that when a transaction is executed the requirement to notify is activated.

So even if he was selling millions, if it was broken into chunks of 200k he would have had to report after the first 200k was executed.

He only has to report when the deal is concluded.

That may be so amaretto, but given he was only 0.04% above a reporting threshold, he would have to have declared after selling 197,000 shares.

Given he has to do this within two working days I would have expected to have seen something by now.

Exactly Superstockman, nobody seems to be asking why he didn't sell more? Or why hasn't sold more since? (Given he has to report to the market within 3 working days under MAR rules article 19)

Its almost as if the resignation issue was just a smokescreen.

Thanks soup btw, I cant be bothered posting actual numbers from the rns to appease others, this recent malaise is based on fear and unease over Dave's abrupt resignation nothing more, when we learn more and other deals land this will be a distant memory. They are a pharma yes but one with an unusually low cost to market model

Ok so they have cash in bank from recent placing @7 in dec, now what was there cash burn last year Jak? You post a number of facts in your post but left this gem out why? You're correct you did call this 6 weeks ago but it's easy to be an Oracle when you've been spamming the same msg for the last 6months or more when we valued between 7-14p. Before this recent market reaction.
