Amaretto, Ebers are Canadian registered but run by Nigel Little (ex James Capel HSBC) and Michael Reynolds (Canaccord). Their website was made by a guy in Fulham. Have a look at the date Ebers was incorporated and the date of the NFX RNS. I can't see why he would be selling the rest of his shares. He knows more than anyone the value of Nfx and the up coming deals that could have a material impact on the share price.

The relationship will carry on.. and it will be paid.. it’s one string
Plenty in pipeline
The Canaboid is the company maker, never mind NXP2 etc ..,
Don’t panic sell... it will bounce on any good news sharply !!
Buy more

The October kissei leak in the times. I pointed out at the time that the meta data from the article showed the image they used originated directly from Nuformix, so likely an insider.

Well I guess at least Tapolczay was right in his comment last week. He certainly provided an update on both the board and company. "Nuformix faces exciting opportunities to continue it's trajectory of progress and we look forward to updating shareholders on developments with both the Company and the Board in the near future"

Agreed. The worrying thing is if it damages any ongoing negotiations.We've seen 3 board members go abruptly since September. Its starting to appear that this may all linked to the China deal.The board needs to steady the ship ASAP

So , joining dots , massive leaps , both individuals involved in the money side of things have ‘ resigned ‘ our also selling shares whilst in this limbo land !

Resignation RNS has no froth ie thanks , jumped before pushed .
Issue resolved Chinese payment now in the open .

Fly in the ointment, I will be buying more if tomorrow allows it ,,ie red start .

The Chinese have not done themselves any favours re this ,,keep at arms length , chase up monies due then , avoid like wildfire
