06/2/2020 07:41 | My views are well known I said last year when chines didn't coughed up that this stinks and you can not trust the chines | hamidahamida
06/2/2020 07:40 | Down 55% pre market | john henry
06/2/2020 07:02 | I'm not selling....NO reason to....What's changed ? A late payment ...situations like this will happen.Nx2 deal about to land !! | amaretto1
06/2/2020 06:42 | I have just read a post on the LSE board made by someone with the moniker Mars1 that offers an interesting perspective. The poster suggests that DT may have sacrificed himself (or been sacrificed) to break the Chinese deadlock and possibly get things moving again. If the Chinese parent have dismissed the contact at Newsummit then perhaps they will not do further business with anyone who worked with that individual. All speculation but still an interesting viewpoint. | for fx sake
06/2/2020 06:28 | It's difficult to know exactly what is going on here at the moment. I would very much like to find out.The only logic I can fathom at present is that by 'shafting' the shareholders the board are pretty much shafting themselves. They are majority shareholders. They have alot to lose. So, whether this is naivety or whether it is premeditated in some way, who knows?I hear from comments elsewhere that Chris Blackwell is a capable individual and that perhaps his assignment will prove to be a very positive thing in the long run. If DG can quickly strengthen his team with proven new additions then this might all turn out to be a storm in a teacup. I don't think any holders are relishing the opening bell but maybe the closing bell will tell a different story.I guess we'll find out soon enough. | for fx sake
06/2/2020 05:18 | Why do these companies seem to take great pleasure in shafting their shareholders, yet still pay their inept staff for failure.Did someone not call the other day and report back everything was hunky dory, then two days later this news comes out.Surely they knew this news was ready for release, shameful behaviour and typical of AIM stocks and how they are allowed to shaft the small investor. | peverill
06/2/2020 00:16 | Amaretto, are you putting your sell in at open tomorrow or waiting till 9? It's obvious your a seller. | soupdragon55
06/2/2020 00:14 | Hamida, so why did you buy today? | soupdragon55
05/2/2020 23:25 | Can you trust this naive management | hamidahamida
05/2/2020 23:24 | Funny how NED sold his shares knowing full well this bad news | hamidahamida
05/2/2020 23:03 | 2Prsimo “Shocking state of affairs - glad I sold out the other day - the moral of the story?: never invest in anything that is even remotely linked to China. Full stop. Period” Completely agree with your post. End of trust in Management and glad I was out some time back. | adorling
05/2/2020 22:55 | I agree with you count if that makes you feeling better. Take care and good night | marie1980
05/2/2020 22:47 | Yes but you want to dont you Marie, just trying to drive the share price lower for your purchase lol.Same old tricks that never work, wasting your time...this wont drop much lower before news imo.Good luck anyway. | countdracula55
05/2/2020 22:41 | The interim chairman doesn't look too shoddy:Dr Chris Blackwell, B.Sc, Ph.D. served as CEO of Vectura Group Plc from February 2004 to June 2015, taking the company through its initial IPO to a valuation of over $1 billion. Chris presided over a period of significant growth including deal-making (including a $375m out-licensing agreement with Novartis, Europe's largest biotech deal of 2005), fund-raising, M&A and corporate development that transformed Vectura's capabilities from research led technology development to commercially driven pharmaceutical development. Chris' track record and experience will guide Nuformix through its next stage of growth. | cookie dough
05/2/2020 22:34 | 3 resignations Delay after delay in Chinese payment Broken promises Recent placing Insider fake leak in newspaper. Expect atleast 25% drop tomorrow. This is best case. No trust - I’m glad I didn’t invest here but was on my watchlist. | marie1980
05/2/2020 21:38 | What is the reason why the Chinese are refusing to pay? If legal action is being considered then it must be the case that the payment is not forthcoming. Why was the main contact at Newsummit dismissed? We have lost 3 board members in 5 months. Why did Kirk Sidermon-Walters depart abruptly and why? Is dealing in a closed period really at the root of this?I hope a good explanation is put forward very soon. | for fx sake
05/2/2020 21:16 | Never heard anything like it...It's a late payment ... Wow They could pay next week ! As for the share sale .. i do believe the such small amount .. was not a malicious actWas ill advised .. and came to light today when notifiedIt's not really altered anything. | amaretto1
05/2/2020 20:53 | Completely unacceptable for a non-exec to trade in a closed period. No other option other than instant dismissal; note the tone. The big question is what will the fallout be now ?; inherent risk has increased markedly but potential entry/top up point will in all likelihood be a lot lower tomorrow morning. | sloppyg
05/2/2020 19:48 | Indeed amaretto and hopefully all comes good. As I said, I'm just annoyed as the recent company talk was good board updates, then China payment. And they've both turn out the wrong way. | soupdragon55
05/2/2020 19:46 | The website business ... i know one of the best in the business .. it's in a barn on a farm on the Pennines .. it's not a issue.Registering company's for a particular project etc is common, as you well know.So no issues there ..China payment late.. they don't pay .. plenty others take it on, it's a lot further down the road now. | amaretto1
05/2/2020 19:43 | And I agreed with you that this is only the China payment. Which is why Dan needs to come good on the deals to prove they can monetise. | soupdragon55
05/2/2020 19:42 | At present it's impossible to say which component is worth most as we have to see the current board monetise their expertise. It's all very well creating the science, if you don't get anything in return then you're nothing. | soupdragon55 |
