I have just read a post on the LSE board made by someone with the moniker Mars1 that offers an interesting perspective.The poster suggests that DT may have sacrificed himself (or been sacrificed) to break the Chinese deadlock and possibly get things moving again. If the Chinese parent have dismissed the contact at Newsummit then perhaps they will not do further business with anyone who worked with that individual.All speculation but still an interesting viewpoint.

It's difficult to know exactly what is going on here at the moment. I would very much like to find out.The only logic I can fathom at present is that by 'shafting' the shareholders the board are pretty much shafting themselves. They are majority shareholders. They have alot to lose.So, whether this is naivety or whether it is premeditated in some way, who knows?I hear from comments elsewhere that Chris Blackwell is a capable individual and that perhaps his assignment will prove to be a very positive thing in the long run. If DG can quickly strengthen his team with proven new additions then this might all turn out to be a storm in a teacup. I don't think any holders are relishing the opening bell but maybe the closing bell will tell a different story.I guess we'll find out soon enough.

Why do these companies seem to take great pleasure in shafting their shareholders,yet still pay their inept staff for failure.Did someone not call the other day and report back everything was hunky dory,then two days later this news comes out.Surely they knew this news was ready for release,shameful behaviour and typical of AIM stocks and how they are allowed to shaft the small investor.

Insider fake leak in newspaper.
Expect atleast 25% drop tomorrow. This is best case.

No trust - I’m glad I didn’t invest here but was on my watchlist.

What is the reason why the Chinese are refusing to pay? If legal action is being considered then it must be the case that the payment is not forthcoming. Why was the main contact at Newsummit dismissed?We have lost 3 board members in 5 months.Why did Kirk Sidermon-Walters depart abruptly and why? Is dealing in a closed period really at the root of this?I hope a good explanation is put forward very soon.

Never heard anything like it...It's a late payment ... Wow They could pay next week ! As for the share sale .. i do believe the such small amount .. was not a malicious actWas ill advised .. and came to light today when notifiedIt's not really altered anything.

Completely unacceptable for a non-exec to trade in a closed period.

No other option other than instant dismissal; note the tone.

The big question is what will the fallout be now ?; inherent risk has increased markedly but potential entry/top up point will in all likelihood be a lot lower tomorrow morning.

Indeed amaretto and hopefully all comes good. As I said, I'm just annoyed as the recent company talk was good board updates, then China payment. And they've both turn out the wrong way.

The website business ... i know one of the best in the business .. it's in a barn on a farm on the Pennines .. it's not a issue.Registering company's for a particular project etc is common, as you well know.So no issues there ..China payment late.. they don't pay .. plenty others take it on, it's a lot further down the road now.

And I agreed with you that this is only the China payment. Which is why Dan needs to come good on the deals to prove they can monetise.

At present it's impossible to say which component is worth most as we have to see the current board monetise their expertise. It's all very well creating the science, if you don't get anything in return then you're nothing.
