13/1/2019 11:20 | Why did LT meet with Alan , I am sure he was reasured on the dilution, maybe he can comment or maybe he can't ,but would you be confident with 74 m share stake ? | thecashmoney
13/1/2019 11:17 | Why no raise at the moment. Because they see a higher price and less dilution down the line . Either that or the agreement is preliminary agreed and as part of the agreement they are drawing down from some sort of finance. | thecashmoney
13/1/2019 10:33 | They have the backers, let's look at mf . Last rns states finance that avoids dilution. What could that be it's a area my partner is very skilled in as she's a trade / asset financer for a high street bank, one of the biggest in the world and can sign off millions in her own right . Mf deal they are looking at is unlikely to be financed by a high street lender this is fact. Imvho why farm in partner has been required for ghf , obviously to raise funds you must have something to raise against. Most junior exploreration companies on aim tell lies and then raise from market. Our M cap is still quite small to go it alone regards GHF and why a consortium approach is being looked at and in my opinion is the right way to go about it . MF and gas to wire are different and I'll eloborate . GAS TO WIRE and MF can be raised against because they have a proven asset to back the finance and a route to revenue in both a scientific and proven way. Investor or investment bank is usually the way to raise funds ,there are other ways one being the international project financing . Who pump hundreds of billions into such schemes. GAS TO WIRE is very interesting and companies facing decommission costs of billions will be very interested in receiving a equity share and not face the costs of the decommission for many more years down the line . The government is also backing such schemes . SO to raise money on these types of deals is very doable ,as the investor or bank can see the potential gains from the project .So again money is available.CM | thecashmoney
13/1/2019 10:26 | Guys see you in 4 weeks time. I have a business trips to south Africa, and then to ivory coast.. Lets chat again in 4 weeks time and see where the share price is at. Good luck all | icac
13/1/2019 10:03 | Berny, i couldnt agree more with what you said. I wonder how many times while holding this share did you say to yourself that i should have sold at X share price and could have bought back in at X share price?? How many posters on LSE said if no news last oct, or nov, dec then they would sell?? We all have hard decisions to make in real life and theres no exception within the stock market.. Nobody knows the future... will i be able to get my short term funds back in here?? I really hope i can, if not then there are other opportunity around.. atleast for the moment, this has got me interested again.. The question for the meantime is not the forever can minty pull of a deal, the question for me right now is can i get back in around 0.80p.. 30% yes. 70% no...😁 | icac
13/1/2019 09:25 | Cm, i always believed in the potential (thats why im invested) but you must realize how complicated and hard it is for nuog to conclude any deal with no cash.. its more of a percentage shared equity on marginal fields and with each projects involving more than 1 partners, negioations can go on and on and on until all parties involved are satified , and in most situations like this deals normally breaks down... Theres simply not 1 projectS that nuog can do it alone..(thats the main problem) . Minty is a very crafty guy and thats why he still has his supporters interested in his company after years of failure. | icac
13/1/2019 08:44 | If you remember in the summer Simon tweeted working with ukcs. This will be the gas to wire . There are lots of fields in the north sea, that are coming to the end of their production lives and the decomission costs are extremely high. With Gas to Wire field life can be extended for 15 years. The de com of North sea is estimated to be over 20 billion . The UN manned technology they was working on a few years ago ,seems to fit very well with the solution. 1000 mw is around 100m in revenue, obviously a gas generator could not provide this amount of energy. 55000 w seems to be the norm . That's around 5 m per installation. How many installations are they planning ?? Could be rather alot. We also have ghf development which in the last rns was imminent. Again huge potential of 5000 bopd ,estimates by Petra physics. They know where the oil is ,GHS being short of completion and short of sweet spot produced a different outcome ,maybe this time the results will be achieved. 5 m spent on siesmic data so they should have a good chance of success. Martello still on the table and last rns states delivery in 2019 which would truly be transformational in its own right. Selling now is a mistake downside 20 percent to hundreds of percent upwards, just does not make sense imvho. Even if they was to raise on the way up to 2p 3p would you really be upset when they are lining up a life changing opportunity?? Do the maths ,do the research and relax. Cue pond life , de rampers ,dreamers and strolling minstrels .CM | thecashmoney
13/1/2019 00:27 | Goodnight all friends, buddys, enermies!! 😴😴 | icac
13/1/2019 00:15 | Dogpoo, you are welcome ! Its was my privilege to make you wet before minty ramp that carott up your aa rr ss ee !!😂😂 | icac
12/1/2019 23:52 | laughing so hard I’m wetting myself The 💩 you come up with 🤣😂 | nudogpoo
12/1/2019 22:52 | Icac it's a good job you sold as you now have relative position 1.10 😃 | thecashmoney
12/1/2019 22:50 | Also icac this share is extremely leaky, it will be leaked through brokers long before you see a RNS. Friday may of been the start of the pic up in volune. My position is set with the long term holders at .75. Traders take your positions and short sell ,so again allowing trade position underneath now is risky and one I won't be taking . | thecashmoney
12/1/2019 22:49 | Nudog, BOB, any news?? Any good tips (shares) ? Any good shares ready to go boom boom boom... | icac
12/1/2019 22:48 | CM, and that why you asked my for shares and i sold you 1.9m straight away.. i could have kept hold.of.it..👌 | icac
12/1/2019 22:46 | The market and whispers , suggest quite strong newsflow in the next few weeks. When will I sell the answer to your question is when it stops going up. However my trading strategies I can't share for obvious reasons, it all depends on the value of any deal. If it's promotable which I believe it will be , what we need is direction. I am hoping for heads of terms ghf as I believe that would set this alight as it's unlikely to be mf until later in the year. Gas to wire again lots of potential. In what order they come I don't know . However I believe it will be alot higher than currently. Free float is relatively small as you can see by the way this rises. | thecashmoney
12/1/2019 22:46 | Honest words from me, at this moment in still half regreting ive sold, but i have always said to myself after all the false promises and failed deadlines from the board last year that i arent going to trust them again.. i will keep trading this share until some concrete news does come via regulated company news and not simon worthless tweets (dangling carrotts). I know i am taking one hell of a gamble, and right now i am betting that minty need cash before a deal is signed and sealed... Cm, you are right again, only time will tell... My closest always known me as a more of an action guy than just talk and no action... | icac |
