It looks as though my comprehensive research was getting a little too accurate and before I ended up posting even more of my research links, I have been persuaded to sign on to the insiders list. It means I am now restricted from trading.

I am going to have to stop posting copiously on this Board - I hope that you understand - but I cannot risk mixing up my research and insider information. I’m sure the pond life will not miss that of course - but to all the genuine investors out there, thanks for the banter and support over these past 12 months. People can always look through my posting history if they want.

I will keep calling out the pond life for posting false or misleading information.

GLA (genuine investors) - not that you need luck.

PS - Wow! Looks like this is going to be even bigger than I predicted - the long wait we have endured is definitely going to be worth it. And there is so much to this too - the post by Lyates back in March of 6+1 makes so much more sense.

AIM rule 14


Worth looking at AIM rule 14.

14. A reverse takeover is any acquisition or acquisitions in a twelve month period which for an AIM company would: exceed 100% in any of the class tests

Schedule 3 sets out the class tests that are applicable under rule 14. There are 5 tests.

Gross assets test
Profits test
Turnover test
Consideration test
Gross Capital test

There is a good summary legal interpretation on the Burgess Salmon website

Makes it clear what would happen in such a circumstance.

Shares in the AIM company will be suspended following the announcement that a reverse takeover has been agreed or is in contemplation until the company has published an admission document in respect of the enlarged entity.

Yep and nudog this is the reason I am interested as I know some people have ridiculous stakes in a minnow AIM company and this comes with enormous risk imo

I have no beef with noug they are another aim company with big ambitions nothing wrong with that but ambition usually means time and lots of money and let’s be honest how many of these companies actually make it eh eh eh 😁

Barnes I'll throw that back to you , I sold out of one share years ago ,after listening to people like you ,who obviously believe what you write as we all do ,the share I sold at 12p went to 43p ,so as much as you say about hard earned money , could you be doing the exact same thing to someone else , obviously you will say it's different but it's exactly the same , all we can do is research and trust in your own judgement.
