1959 problem is they should have made their minds up when you could buy volume...now one guy is going to get some and rest will be paying 0.01p on top to get some...

During the Oil downturn NUOG were looking at the potential of Marginal Fields and also were working on stabilising work at Newfoundland and get better investment to get best value out of them.

Marginal fields are uneconomical to the owners but with the appropriate development solution can be made more economical. There is less risk attached to the Marginal Fields however as most of the exploration and appraisal work has been done if you can find right development solutions If the right development solutions are applied they can make very good returns from those fields.

Production sharing agreement:
PL2002

Has 100m barrels in place, but due to the low price on oil it has not been easy to invest in that licence and this has effected future projects works on marginal fields. They looked for a partner and found PVF who would invest in cost recovery and production. They are getting 50% revenue share.

The beauty of the deal is they now have focused management in place at Newfoundland run by people who are from the region and know the area better. They are a very experienced team with an experienced consortium in place. The rig is ready to go and is parked at Stephenville which is 50km from the site. Work and drilling is due to start in April/ May 2017.

CDPL:
The focus is on Marginal Field development, and CDPL are the drilling contractor which has joined the consortium. There is investment place now in suitable projects and they have sister companies who will help on various other aspects of the projects. Alan is very happy they have investment in place to move the projects at faster pace.

Confident projects will be secured by investment and even at current oil prices. If the Oil price goes up even better for NUOG.

Reconfigured proven technology rather than focus on new technology Looking at targeting projects which give a breakeven of around $10-25 and $30-32 dollars per barrel from sites making the Marginal Fields to be had a very very profitable!


SUMMARY
We got very active plans given by recent projects shown
Focusing on Marginal Field acquisitions which are very profitable
Allows more focus on Marginal field projects because the work in Newfoundland has been cleared up

bought qpp as followed herd and didnt do research...

yell i got out even though took losses..but there i though they would be able to make hibu work..

here done months of research....we havent even bagged yet from 0.4p...

but the mm's need to make a turn and a shedload on trades,,,so happy for them to make a turn...

plus as traders leave and guys who have read up on co. take their seats we will keep moving up...each piece of news the traders will join and then leave us...

ive actually watched another stock which we think with fair wind will 5 bag in 2 years

and seen it moving up...but here i believe we will go 4p and still be cheap...have to let the day traders leave first.
